Went the extra mile Came in for an oil change and as usual, they checked my vehicle over. While waiting in the lobby, the service advisor came in to report that there wa Came in for an oil change and as usual, they checked my vehicle over. While waiting in the lobby, the service advisor came in to report that there was a problem with an axle seal. This was a $300+ repair. The service advisor noted that my vehicle had an extended warranty and made the necessary calls to have this repair covered by the warranty. To be honest, I forgot I even had any warranty left! So I really appreciate the efforts of the service advisor. Walked out and paid just the cost of the oil change. More

Bad experience I recently bought a 4runner and traded my Dodge Ram in on. My plates where to be transferred. After two weeks I had to contact the dealer because I ha I recently bought a 4runner and traded my Dodge Ram in on. My plates where to be transferred. After two weeks I had to contact the dealer because I had not received my registration yet. Did not get a return call and mysteriously three days later it shows up but, it had the wrong plates registered and they were expired for three years they belonged to a Toyota Tacoma I had traded my ram in on. So now I have a 4runner I was driving illegally and can't drive or haven't been able to for over a week because they grabbed the wrong paperwork out of my Ram. Now they want to blame me saying it's my fault. I just had those tags renewed in November now I have to take time out of my day and go pay another$65 for new tags. If your people would of read the freaking registration card before the deal was done this could have been avoided. Now I am told I have to provide the registration and memorandum title....uh it was in the glove box with all the other Ram paperwork. I have spent close to $80,000 in three months on car purchases from Byers, 2018 Camery, 4runner, Mustang, was going to purchase another in March...not now or ever again, my service will be done at another Toyota location as well. My money or Family will not go back. All over $65 ? No it's because you blame your customers for your lack of reading paperwork! Don't Blame Your Customers and Fix the Problem More

Great customer service with no hassle! Colleen greeted us and was friendly without being pushy. We appreciated that so much.
