Best experience buying a new car I’ve ever had After my experience I wouldn’t ever go any other place. I had a really bad recent experience at another dealer and Kyle and everyone at Byers were ver After my experience I wouldn’t ever go any other place. I had a really bad recent experience at another dealer and Kyle and everyone at Byers were very welcoming and knowledgeable. I’ve had a couple bad experiences with buying at a dealership and everyone I came into contact with was very helpful and friendly. I have a lot of tattoos because I am a tattoo artist and I tend to get treated like I have no money or that I’m just wasting peoples time at most dealers. Kyle was super helpful and honest and very down to earth. I didn’t feel like I was dealing with a saleman or robot I felt like he understood my points and worked with me on getting my numbers where I wanted them and a trade value that I was comfortable with and he was genuinely easy nice dude to talk to. The finance manager was awesome too. We talked about everything and he wasn’t super pushy about a service warranty or overly selling me xxxx I didn’t want. I appreciate when a salesman give me the option to get things I want and not pushy on the things I’m not really into. They gave me all the knowledge I needed to make my choices and I didn’t feel pressure either way. I am beyond happy with my purchase and I will buy from Byers again. Thank you all very much for restoring my faith buying a new car from a dealer. More

Purchasing a new car I had inquired about the price on a new 2018 Toyota RAV4 with rebate on-line. A salesperson responded within a resonable amount of time. He suggested I had inquired about the price on a new 2018 Toyota RAV4 with rebate on-line. A salesperson responded within a resonable amount of time. He suggested I come in for a test drive. This was during the Thanksgiving week and I didn’t get in there so I received another email invitation. I didn’t call for an appointment as they wanted but simply stopped by when I had a free afternoon. Well I was greeted outside of the bldg and asked for the salesman that emailed me. He was occupied with a customer but Jeff Hoppes continued assisting me with answers to all of my questions. He went above and beyond my comprehension of my own questioning and left me knowing that this was definitely the automobile that I wanted to purchase. Thanks to Jeff I received my new Rav4 the same day. Dave Howard worked me us on all the legal paperwork and it went smoother than most other situations I’ve experienced in the past.
