I’ve already paid, but when reviewing my invoice, I was charged over 70 dollars for an oil change. The vehicle was already in for a costly transmission fluid flush and fill and an airbag recall. That oi charged over 70 dollars for an oil change. The vehicle was already in for a costly transmission fluid flush and fill and an airbag recall. That oil change number is exorbitant. I highly doubt you are charging Tundra owners or Sequoia owners this much for an oil change. Your oil change used to be 50-59.99. This is my last time in for service. One of my better car buying experiences I hate everything about shopping for and/or buying a car. Always have, no matter how nice the sales folks are. Tom Bray was very nice to work with and stayed past his time to go home so we could get everything taken care of without my driving up from Pataskala again. Alberto (I apologize if that is not his name) got the car all cleaned up for me and the gas tank filled while the paperwork was being done. In all, I'd have to say great customer service!! I've bought my last two cars from a Byers dealership and would definitely do so again. More
