My LandCruiser was pretty much ruined after the repairs there. An separate assessment revealed that the tyres were never rotated resulting in cupping. I have to say that Byers was the only place I had my LandCruiser serviced over the years. Not anymore. This is after clearly stating that the noise in my front end has not gone away after multiple trips to Byers. The reason I was given is that there is rust. Another’s repair shop has since fixed the issue. Last year, I even identified broken parts in the front end that I had to point out right after service was done at Byers. It is truly a let down and a total waste of money. More
