Isaak was very knowledgeable about Ford's products and had no problem saying if he did not know the answer to my question, which was rare. Once the decision to purchase was made, the whole team did a nice job letting me know how long things were going to take and moving me through the process quickly but not rushing. There is a lot to cover during the close of the sale, but everything we had agreed to was easy to see in the retail buyer's order document. More

The person who initially took in my vehicle was rude and very condescending, for no apparent reason other than I am a black female. Not impressed with this service department at all. Had I not filed a compl very condescending, for no apparent reason other than I am a black female. Not impressed with this service department at all. Had I not filed a complaint I believe I would have been charged for the work and time they put in, even though, they knew I had an ESP. I felt like I was judged based on the color of my skin and the fact that they assumed I knew nothing about cars. I've had two mechanical engineers as bf's who worked for Cadillac dealers plus I am a respiratory therapist that manages life support systems. These workers were just rude no respect. Not sure why this occurred but I plan on taking it to the owner of Ford. More

I had my eye on a 2023 Ford Maverick, and I finally went in to test drive. I knew I would love the truck, and after some thought I went ahead and bought it. No regrets I absolutely love driving it.
