This was all bad I had a lease from Burt Watson. When I turned it in we decided to get a new truck for my wife. The dealer called us many times and got us to come in 3 I had a lease from Burt Watson. When I turned it in we decided to get a new truck for my wife. The dealer called us many times and got us to come in 3x to look at trucks. They never had stock to match the repeated calls we got telling us to come check out. The last trip they had a truck that was close to what she wanted. They rushed us through the process close to close. Messed up several things on paperwork due to the rush. They put the wrong person first on lease causing the GM discount to have issues (this was only issue they addressed.) They paid the wrong amount to the bank for our payoff causing us to have to pay off remaining portion. They never gave us the grand tour of the vehicle. They also sold us a vehicle that she didnt want. All related to "hurry up and sell before they go home". The next day my wife woke up and hated the truck. We went to the dealer and they told us "its been 24 hours". Not true! The lights were off when we left there was no paperwork done that evening after we left and we were there the next day. I became upset and started writing reviews like this. For a brief moment they acted like they would or were willing to help. The general sales manager called and promised us the world. She wanted a Trail boss. He said he was willing to add a lift, change stickers, install a 3 prong plug and give her $800 to go on vacation if it would make her happy and we would take the reviews down. I was willing to try anything. I offered them thousands to get it out of the driveway. I got a list from my wife as they requested. We sent the list and were told they couldnt do most but would work on it. I expected a call for over a week and I reached out. I was told the budget was only $900 and they basicaly couldnt do anything they said in the original conversation. I was very upset and said they could just send her the check. 24 hours later I got a call saying I needed to remove all reviews before they would send the check.... I told them to keep it my review wasnt for sale. If you want your wife to cry go to Burt Watson! More

Best Service Center I went to Burt Watson to have my oil change. I made an appointment for 930am. I got there an hour early. They told me they would do their best to get I went to Burt Watson to have my oil change. I made an appointment for 930am. I got there an hour early.
