Bad deal gone very tight I was a big avocate for Burtwatson until my 3rd car buy . On my first buy I was told if I did a lower mileage lease they could get to the price point I was a big avocate for Burtwatson until my 3rd car buy . On my first buy I was told if I did a lower mileage lease they could get to the price point I needed to make the deal. I told the OLD sales manger I could not go that low on mileage . He told me dont worry I'll make it work out you'll be fine, I'll just make it happen. Well it was time to turn it in for car #2 a new lease. He was gone and I was stuck with a very over priced payment on a pretty basic car. Fast forward a year later and Burtwatson reach out and because it was time to flip my wife's car, I told them I would no l longer be their customer due to the company, not the salesman, not holding to the old sales managers word. The long and the short , Jason the new manager got involved , turned it around and basically pulled a rabbit out his hat . He not only apologized for the experience but put me into a awesome truck for no more money . Burtwatson claims to stand by their word , deals and they want their customers to feel like family ,well take from me THEY DO .if your looking for a car look to Burtwatson; they really care. Of course their trying to make money but I think you can trust them . More

I test drove 2 vehicles which were both clean inside and out (which surprisingly is not always guaranteed at other dealerships). The salesman I worked with was Ryan Kenny. He was very polite and listened to what I was looking for/what I was hoping for with pricing. He didn’t try to talk me into anything I didn’t want (e.g. trading in my current vehicle, taking on a higher payment than desired, etc) and took my requests seriously. At other dealerships I have actually had salesmen laugh in my face and/or talk down to me (I find this highly disrespectful). In the end we made a nice deal on a 2016 Acadia that I love and am completely satisfied with. I would recommend Burt Watson (and Ryan) to anyone looking for a positive car-buying experience. More
