Started bad, ended great The only issue was that I did not know your service area had been remodeled. As such I drove to the door that I always have gone to for years. Then I The only issue was that I did not know your service area had been remodeled. As such I drove to the door that I always have gone to for years. Then I waited and waited. Somone said a person would be out soon...but the only 2 people behind the glass were on the phone which seemed like forever. Then another car drove in and a man got out and the rep hung up and came out to him. I heard him mention he had a 9:30 appt which I also did...but I'd been there 15 mn already (came early to have plates put on which were done). I interrupted and said I was there first so he did come over to me. He said no one had told him I was there...but I had been standing by the car the whole time trying to catch someones eye inside the glassed area. He explained that with the remodel I was in the wrong area. However, the right area to have plates put on...so he would go ahead and help me with my appt which was for 40,000 maintenance check. After this, all went well. It would have been nice if someone had told me that there was a new express area and that it was for maintenance and the old bays were only for repairs. As it was, I needed something done on a recall notice, plates put on as well as maintenance so am not sure where I should have gone anyway. Please don't tell me I have to go to both areas in the future. More
