SUV Downsizing Decided that I no longer needed a large SUV, a Hyundai Santa Fe Limited. I wanted a smaller cross over type vehicle. After doing my research and chec Decided that I no longer needed a large SUV, a Hyundai Santa Fe Limited. I wanted a smaller cross over type vehicle. After doing my research and checking out several other brands and receiving price quotes with my trade in, I went to Burns to check out the 2020 Hyundai Kona Ultimate. I have used Burns for service and the purchase of my second Santa Fe. Tracked down Sal, who I had dealt with in the the past, received what I considered a fair trade value for my old SUV as well as competitive price on the 2020 Kona....and they had an orange one, my color of choice. I purchased the new car within an hour. As far as the Kona, it's fun to drive, easy to park, has all the bell and whistles, even Adaptive Cruise Control! It's a lot of car for the price! More
I am in Love with my New Vehicle This is my second vehicle with Hyundai and am just as excited and please as i was when i bought my Sonata. When i first decided i was going to upgrade from my Sonata, i started to look at AWD Vehicles and found the Tuson and fell in LOVE. it has all of the bells and whisles I want in the car and it came in the most beautiful color - Dusk Blue. once I got into the vehicle and took it for a test drive the love began to build. Aside from the Spacious seating and the Options included in the vehicle I could not ask for more. Once it returned to the Show Room and began the process of purchasing the vehicle, Vanessa Tassim my sales rep, began taking me down the journey of what the vehicle offered and how Burns Hyundai could make the vehicle mine. I really could not have had a better experience and would recommend the service at this dealership to everyone. Oh by the way did I mention I AM IN LOVE WITH MY NEW VEHICLE!!!!!! More

Second car in four years . So we went in to buy a new car 2020 and ending up leaving with a 2019 Sonata with 800 miles on it . It was marked down 5,400 and we paid 18,400 before So we went in to buy a new car 2020 and ending up leaving with a 2019 Sonata with 800 miles on it . Shady Don't ever schedule an appointment with these people... it means nothing to them. We had 2 days of email correspondence and numerous calls trying to Don't ever schedule an appointment with these people... it means nothing to them. We had 2 days of email correspondence and numerous calls trying to get someone to talk to me about a test drive. When someone finally answered my call, he suggested I schedule an appointment for the test drive rather than just walking in, so they could bring the car around to the front of the dealership and have it ready for us. So I did. A confirmation of the appointment was sent to us. A few hours later, we get a text telling us that a person who WALKED IN, was test driving the car. A few minutes after that, a text telling us that THE CAR WAS SOLD. Why were we told it's better to make an appointment rather than walking in, when another WALK IN CUSTOMER TOOK PRIORITY OVER OUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT??? This is some kind of double talk nonsense. I would never recommend these shady people to anyone. More
