My initial contact with Burns GMC/Buick was with Coleen via an internet chat session. Coleen then called me and was very helpful in identifying the exact vehicle I desired and with brokering a very attract via an internet chat session. I then talked with the Sales Manager, Greg Pollice, who confirmed the pricing and Greg arranged for the vehicle to be ready when I arrived that Saturday with a check for the agreed amount. Upon arrival the vehicle was prepped and the amount due was exactly as promised. It was a pleasure meeting Greg and he made sure the time spent at the dealership was productive and efficient. Greg introduced us to Doug Brennan who completed the paperwork and effectively described the technology package and other features that the Terrain possessed. My wife and I could not have been more pleased with the experience. If you are ready to buy a new vehicle, make it worth your while and visit the courteous and professional staff at Burns GMC/Buick. I just want to say that Dave is the most pleasant, accomodating and helpful service person I have ever dealt with when having my vehicle serviced. He is very accomodating, will even research pricing on parts for you and get you the best deal. His mechanics are very honest, very thorough and I trust them completely. My 2000 Buick is still running with over 102,000 miles. With service like this I would expect it to be running for many more miles. Burns service department cannot be matched anywhere. They should be recognized for it. More
