We were not looking for a Buick but there are so few cars with the dealer next door so we took a look. We were so pleasantly surprised, we had already driven several other models that day so we could compar with the dealer next door so we took a look. We never felt that she tried to take advantage or steer us to anything more expensive. Because it was later in the day on a Saturday they allowed us to take the vehicle we were interested in home for the weekend. This allowed us to try more of the features as we would on a normal day. It also helped us to have real questions when we went back Monday. When speaking with Jim in finance he again was very knowledgeable and didn’t push any products or services but let us know what was available. I would highly recommend Burns Buick. More
