New car purchase. I purchased a new Hyundai from Burns Hyundai over the Memorial Day weekend. I originally had my eye on a Sonata and took it out by myself for 45 minut I purchased a new Hyundai from Burns Hyundai over the Memorial Day weekend. I originally had my eye on a Sonata and took it out by myself for 45 minutes to get a real feel for the car. I appreciated that latitude. A 5 minute ride around the block with a salesperson in the passenger seat is usually what you get. My salesperson Annamarie Marcotullio was great. I went in with the notion most people have that the advertised deal that you see on TV will not be what was promised once your at the dealership. I actually got the deal as advertised and more. I was turning in a leased Burns vehicle and they picked up my final 2 payments and my over mileage charges. So very happy with that outcome. I ended up buying an Elantra after another long test ride and left feeling good about the purchase. Good job Burns! More

Burns, liars whiners,clue less and leave trucks dangerous This reviewsis being written with 100% honesty and written at the request of my sister Staci Matthews.Months the ago truck was brought in with steeri This reviewsis being written with 100% honesty and written at the request of my sister Staci Matthews.Months the ago truck was brought in with steering issues..they put a Power steering pump in and left Uv dye in the system,would not answer phone calls to get this mistake corrected and said the power steering rack was bad but GM would not approve it.This was told to me and my sister. by Eric in which we both would be more than happy to take Poloygraph tests.First of all uv dye is a tool and is supposed to be evacuated after any leak is found.The system was left with the dye mixed it when it should of been clear red Dexos 6 auto Trans fluid.They are clueless and nothing more than glorified condescending lube techs.Today the tuck was brought in after we sued Gm and we were told to bring it back to where the bad rack was diagnosed.They clearly didn't want to work on the truck because they got anda survey for doing inferior work.This was the Servicw Manager Ron telling my sister whah wha we got a bad survey your truck is fine.The truck is now leaking the fluid out of somewhere which I firmly believe was done by this inferior service department to make matters wors.You want good surveys stand up and tell Gm it needs arrack like we were told..Save yourself people DONOT GO to BURNS BUICK GMC they are the Jiffy Lube of auto shops.Come on your a Manager stop crying and whining and fix the issues, if a tech I was managing left dye in he'd be fired.You should be fired RON for being a crying winter.Thanks for loosening whatever you all did and endangering my life even more.Yes you will be getting another truthful no star survey.If there was a negative one it would be negative.Grow up and go back to school, learn about vehicles and how to get good reviews.You obviously are clueless and need to grow up.Don't worry Ron my sister and myself will never deal with another Burns dealership again after buying Hondas and using burns parts departments.You lost a customer and the family and anyone who will listen to me about your Mickey Mouse mechanical tactics and how you have no guts to stand up to Gm.I hope your Boss reads this and sees how much new management is needed, you are no good at all, we should of brought you a box of keener with how much you were crying about a survey,a good manager would want to correct things, I guess you are just a desk jockey who only knows how to start a car.Learm how to treat women also.Disgraceful how you all treated my sister. I explained that was looking for a specific Yukon denali xl in a certain color inside and out...Burns Buick did not have the car but they immediately started a search, something my dealer in NY did not want to do....starting with Diane to C.J. Krull, the sales manager to Gavin Negrotti our sales person to Bill & Joe in finance my experience was fabulous!!!...If u haven't bought a vehicle at Burns Buick go talk to them...you will not be sorry...I wasn't...Katherine Schantz Atlantic Beach, N.Y. better than average 1. My salesman Ben was a real nice guy but I felt that he was not completely up front informing me about the $199 for glass etching and the 3year tire 1. There was a lot of conversation flying around about this, that and the other...and then next I know I'm reviewing a sheet with these extra fees. I probably would have went for the tire, glass, tire protetion anyway but definately not the glass etching! 2. I also feel more time could have been spent actually detailing the truck (wipe down the dashboard and wax the paint) and less time putting Armorall on the tires. 3. Other than than Ben was very nice and your finance guy was very efficient. More
