I told Talal he can't leave cause I will be back in 3 years and with great credit so he doesn't have to work so hard. I was there on Labor Day and they were so crowded, Talal could have walked away and found a customer that was easier to deal with but he never did. More

Rich DeColli at Burns Hyundai provided me with an exceptional experience. He was incredibly knowledgable about the vehicles and gave me as much time as I needed to explore the vehicles and test drive them He was incredibly personable and professional and never made me feel any pressure even though I clearly wasn't ready to make a decision. When I returned the next day, he gave me as much additional time as I needed to make a decision. He then took a lot of time discussing leasing and financing options. When I found small defects in the paint of the vehicle that I wanted, he quickly had them taken care of. When I finally purchased, Rich took the time to review every inch of the vehicle with me. Overall, as good as a car buying experience could be. And BTW, I love my new Santa Fe. Couldn't be happier! More
