Very poor sales rep I was in two minds whether to buy a subaru or a honda, but the second visit to this dealership cleared everything. Yes, we opted for the Honda! Unimpressed I made an appointment over a week in advanced for my 5,000 mile service and a recall. I arrived at 7:30am and was told my car would be finished by no I made an appointment over a week in advanced for my 5,000 mile service and a recall. I arrived at 7:30am and was told my car would be finished by no later than 9:00am so I was fine with waiting. I waited over TWO HOURS. I did not arrive to work until almost 10:00am. When my service was finished I was not told where my vehicle was parked. I asked and was told "It's somewhere over there. Just use your panic button and listen for it." Really? I have never been to a service facility that made you play hide-and-go-seek with your car. Also, it wasn't even parked in the general direction I was told to go in. After wandering aimlessly for a few minutes I walked all the way around to the front of the dealership where I found my car. I get into my car to find an oatmeal raisin cookie. Nice gesture, but if you're going to provide bad service you better make it chocolate chip. More
