Went to the dealership to get head gaskets replaced & timing belt they had car all day got it back & noticed that it was leaving puddles of oil went back & they replaced defective oil filter that they pu timing belt they had car all day got it back & noticed that it was leaving puddles of oil went back & they replaced defective oil filter that they put on 2 days later still leaking fluids this time they fixed again not impressed . This is the best experience I have ever had at a dealer. Went in for a timing belt service and and to fix 2 broken studs on my wheel that were broken by someone else (Wallmart) attempting to rotate my tires Went in for a timing belt service and and to fix 2 broken studs on my wheel that were broken by someone else (Wallmart) attempting to rotate my tires. Subaru Burlington took it upon themselves to go through the entire car because they relized that I had some other issues going on that I was unaware of at the time. Everything extra was covered under an extended warranty that I had forgot that I had purchased, but they relized upon looking at my account. They called to tell me that I had these other issues going on and that they were going to fix all of them at no extra charge to me. Not only did they do this but they also came in $125 under the estimated quote for the timing belt AND gave me a free oil change, car wash, as well as changed out the 2 broken studs on my wheel FOR FREE (a $125 savings just on the studs). Long story short I ended up getting $1400+ worth in work done to my car for less then $600 and now its like driving a brand new vehicle all over again. Also keep in mind that all of this work was done in less then 3 1/2 hours which is pretty remarkable concidering everything that was done. Not only this but their staff was unbelievably helpfull, friendly, and professional. I can't say it enough THIS WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT ANY DEALERSHIP! More
Upon picking up my car at the service department, I noticed that I was charged for 8hrs. of labor for my service. This despite only having my car in their possession for 5 hours. (8AM to 1PM) Wh noticed that I was charged for 8hrs. of labor for my service. This despite only having my car in their possession for 5 hours. (8AM to 1PM) When I inquired as to how that was possible, I was told by the service manager that the hours charged were "what the book called for". When I tried to plead my case, it got nowhere except them saying, "I see your point". I was still charged for the entire 8hrs. of labor. I think it goes without saying that I will never visit this service department or dealership ever again. In addition, I have warned other Subaru owners not to visit this dealership. It would be far less expensive to visit other Subaru dealerships up to an hour or more away. The extra time and gas spent will still be cheaper than visiting Burlington Subaru. More
Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made buying a new car very enjoyable. He took the time to even get our Bluetooth up and running. We were in the area looking for a used car when it occurred that we might be able to get good financing on what we really needed... an AWD with good gas mileage. While we were waiting for the Volve de occurred that we might be able to get good financing on what we really needed... an AWD with good gas mileage. While we were waiting for the Volve dealer to track down the car we'd come to see ( a 2 hr wait), we popped up the road to Burlington Subaru. Lance DeMatteis was super. Very low key, but thorough. After a week of seeing what we could get for financing w/our credit union, we were ready. The Impreza hatchback we wanted was in, and Lance was able to give us substantially better financing! We love the new car! Looking forward to using the friendly staff for our routine maintenance. More

Wife and I just bought a Forester here, and it was a great process. Everything went exactly as you would hope, including them finding and securing the model and color we wanted. At my recent visit to Burlington Subaru, Kenyon greeted me, took my maintenance requests. To my delight, not only was my car serviced in a timely fashion, but, the interior dashboard was cleaned and floor me, took my maintenance requests. To my delight, not only was my car serviced in a timely fashion, but, the interior dashboard was cleaned and floor vacuumed. This unexpected treat was appreciated, as I was heading out of town and had intended to do my own cleaning. In addition, given the frigid weather of the day, I was awarded a complimentary car wash at a local spot. This, too, was appreciated. Thanks go to all.
