I had to test drive cars several times and he was always accommodating and very informative about the special features. It took over 18 months but finally the checks arrived and Chris made sure I had the color I preferred and the add ons I wanted. He was never pushy, he checked in every now and again to check on the process. He's an honest, friendly and very knowledgable salesman. He even booked me for my first service appointment!
