I have been car shopping for about 2 weeks. I went to several different dealers and would spend hours on looking at different cars and paperwork but still wouldn't get approved for a car. On Friday August 3rd I went to Burlington volkswagen and spoke with a salesman there. I told him exactly what I was looking for and my price range I was able to pay. He had me there for almost 5 hours trying to get me in a car i did not like and I was still not able to get a car. So my next stop was Burlington Kia around the corner. I want in and was greeted by several salesmen. A guy name Gary took me into his office and and took some basic information. Not only did he listen to what I was looking for but also try to help me find a car that will fit my everyday routine. He engage in conversation and had a good sense of humor as well. I felt like I was being treated more as a person then a sale. He found me a suitable car in my price range and got me approved with the banks in no time. Now I finally have a nice reliable preowned car that I love. More

I purchased my first Kia from LaKeith McCallum back in February of 2007. When I was in need of a new car I called Burlington and asked if LaKeith was still employed with them. And he WAS!!!! I am a singl February of 2007. When I was in need of a new car I called Burlington and asked if LaKeith was still employed with them. And he WAS!!!! I am a single female who absolutely DESPISES car shopping. I told LaKeith this back in 2007 also. I returned to Burlington Kia, and LaKeith because I was treated SO WELL back in 2007. Everyone @ Burlington Kia made me feel 'Welcome' and ANY question I had, LaKeith answered for me. And if for any reason he did not know the answer, he found out the answer ;) I would recommend Burlington Kia, especially LaKeith, anytime to anyone who is looking for a car!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

LaKeith McCallum was at the door to greet us and immediately asked for what type of vehicle we were looking. I told him we were looking for a test drive in the Optima with noontime and navigation. immediately asked for what type of vehicle we were looking. I told him we were looking for a test drive in the Optima with noontime and navigation. LaKeith brought around the car and explained it in full. I then took it for a test drive and then he showed us the various choice of colors for the SE model. After some negotiation, we came to a decision to purchase the same dark cherry Optima SE in which we took the test drive. LaKeith was not pushy and certainly knew all the features of the car. My wife and I are very pleased with the service we received frm LaKeith. He is an asset to the Burlington Kia organization. More

I will qualify this comment by the fact that this is the 6th new vehicles I have purchased since 2006. I have used 4 different dealerships in the Burlington area since that time, Burlington Kia being the 4t 6th new vehicles I have purchased since 2006. I have used 4 different dealerships in the Burlington area since that time, Burlington Kia being the 4th. I have gained much experience negotiating and purchasing new vehicles. Most recently, my wife and I began shopping around for a new vehicle around May. We visited 1 previously used dealership, and 3 never before used dealerships in the Burlington area. I was unimpressed and unwilling to purchase UNTIL I arrived at Burlington Kia. Although the sales personnel were courteous and professional at the other dealerships, I left with the feeling that they were just trying to sell a car rather than sell ME a car. My sales experience was completely different at Burlington kia for several reasons. When I first met my salesman, John Lockett, he was as expected both professional and courteous. However, John spent some time talking about general things with me, not just "car salesman" talk. He didn't just "get right down to business" I felt he was both genuine and interested in me. He put me at ease and made sure I was comfortable with him and the new environment BEFORE I made any decisions. I understand the fact that a car salesman's time is valuable and I try never to waste it needlessly, but John went the extra mile and made sure I was ready first. I truly appreciated that. The second thing I would like to mention that impressed me the most AND was so different about this experience was...I didn't have to meet with the CLOSER. You know...when the price negotiation can go no further with the salesman and they bring out the "big guns" known to car buyers as the "Closer"! John worked diligently with me and "listened" to what I was telling him. Although I was fully prepared to deal with the "Closer" experience, I was happily surprised when for the first time, the salesman did all the leg work. I would have been so impressed with just that fact, that I would have had to tell someone about it. Put these two things together and you can see why I was more than impressed. I left that evening with a new car and a NEW attitude on the car buying experience thanks to John Lockett and Burlington Kia. Thank you John for taking the time to understand my quirks about needing to understand the details of the deal and getting me to the price I needed to be at. More
