Having run into some credit problems with a high debt to income due to student loans and a couple defaults on credit cards, I came to Burlington Kia hoping for a miracle. My situation was that I had a car, income due to student loans and a couple defaults on credit cards, I came to Burlington Kia hoping for a miracle. My situation was that I had a car, but hated it, and wanted one that I would love. So I was not very flexible. I wanted what I wanted with the options that I wanted and brand new and if I could not have that I would stick with my old car until I could get what I want. I called to get some information and explained all this to the sales manager, Angie. She was very realistic and down to earth with me and I appreciated being spoken to like an equal rather than an infeior in the area of car purchase knowledge. I had already been shopping at several dealerships and was very tired of my phone ringing every five minutes from a thirsty car salesman so i told her I only want to communicate via email and she respected that. I came in on Thursday afternoon and left with my new car Thursday evening. Angie placed me into the hands of Gus who really took the time to make sure that I was making the right decision and would not have buyers remourse later. He was patient with me as i juggled between two interior/exterior color options for almost an hour. Overall I am pleased with my experience here and not only would I reccomend Burlington Kia but I have already to some friends in the market. I will say, however, that I was not pleased with the pricing of my vehicle at all. Unfortunatly due to my credit situation I did not have much wiggle room but I left there with payments almost twice what I anticipated and an actual vehicle price that was higher than the price of a more expensive model with more luxury options that I had actually signed a buyers order for at another dealership. I decided not to deal with that dealership based on some other factors but when I told the guy (not Gus) who was working on price with me about this he wouldnt hear it. So I ended up paying more for a lesser package at this dealership than I would have paid for a better package at another. This guy they had running back and fourth from the back kept feeding me some garbage about how the banks are going to charge him a fee because I dont have the best credit and they need to cover their butts. He also refused to give me the invoice price when I asked him about 6 times. All in all ill say this. If I had a better credit situation I would probably have had an overall excelent experience here but I guess its ok to treat people with poor credit history differently right? I would reccomend this dealership for overall good customer service aside from the man who shall remain nameless who played me about the price. They also had a pretty decent vehicle selection although the lot looks small they have a holding lot that is three times that size. If you are suffering from a shaky credit situation you will probably get approved here. If you have great credit I would still say give them a go, you will probably be able to talk down price more. I was expecting my tags and registration in two to three weeks, but as I was nearing the expiration of my dealer tags on November 3, 20013, I contacted my salesman to find out why the delay. He told me to come in and have new dealer tags put on my vehicle which would be good until December 5, 2013. He told me that there was a problem with the title. Once again time went on and have not received and tags or registration and no contact from your dealership. I once again contacted my salesman on November 26, 2013 and asked when my tags and registration would be arriving. He told me that they were in and with the Cashier. I told him that I will come and pick them up as soon as possible and expressed my disappointment on the delay and the lack of communication. I also asked if there was any compensation for my poor experience such as a complimentary oil change. I received no response. When I arrived on Monday December 2, 2013, I went to the Cashier to pick up my tags and registration. When I asked why it took so long, I was told, “We called you on November 11th and left a message on your machine. See look at my note.” I was also told, “You know because you did not pick them up, you are now past your inspection date.” This is a very unprofessional attitude that they have at the dealership. If someone like this dealing with customers I would recommend that this woman receive some customer service training. I feel very disappointed with this interaction. I wrote this letter to the general Manager, Marcus DeAngelis and Sales manager Joe Mazzaferro to give them a chance to redeem themself and not allow me to leave disappointed. It has been nearly two months and they have never responded or showed any concern. I am in the restaurant business, which is a customer service industry like yours. If I ever have a customer that has a poor experience, whether it was my fault or not, I would do all that I could to have them leave satisfied. If it takes my offering a complimentary item along with my apologies for their poor experience, it is worth that for my customer’s satisfaction. I am not stating this in order to pry a complimentary service from you, this should have been done a month ago without my asking. I do all I can to anticipate all of my customers’ needs and do what I can to avoid any problems and if there is a problem, I am prompt with an apology and rectification. Here is a slogan that I embrace, “If a customer has a good experience he tells one person, if he has a poor experience he tells TEN!” Right now I am telling at least ten people about my experience with your dealership. More

Living in Pennsylvania, I had 3 closer dealers to my location. The drive was more than worth it!!! I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by John Lockett. Talk about an easy process, he answered every question I had, and showed me everything I requested to see. The management team of Marcus and Danna were just incredible. After making the decision to purchase the vehicle, I was done and out the door in less than an hour. I have never enjoyed the pressured process of purchasing a car, but this was actually a pleasant experience. Thank you Burlington Kia team!!! More

Turns out they have another lot for the rest of their cars, because their lot is small. They are in the process of moving to a bigger lot. Whom do I recommend you see… Gary Abrams is the MAN! His service was beyond excellent. He's so down to earth. He doesn't just delivery customer service, he delivers something beyond that. I was overly flabbergasted with him. This was my first financed car and he made my experience exceptional. His connection between my father and I made me feel great inside… Just to think, I wasn't going there to buy a car. I was only going to look. I was not prepared, but Gary and his team helped me out to get all the paperwork I needed. The finance department helped me out and helped me to get the best deal. If I couldn't get one car, they showed me another. They didn't give-up on me. Thank You Gary. You better believe I'm coming back to you. Whom else is going to treat me like you did? What other team is going to work with me as hard as Burlington Kia did? Because let me tell you. I've been to Cherry Hill Triplex Kia and Value Kia… No thanks.
