We had a 2005 Sedona and had really been happy with that car. We knew we wanted another KIA. Gary laid out the options that would work for us and then showed us the car. It was a titanium gray Soul and it was love at first sight! Gary patiently spent a lot of time with us and really helped us with our decision to lease. I worked with Mr. Gary Abrams in purchasing my 2014 Kia Rio, and he went above and beyond the norm in providing me with excellent communication prior I worked with Mr. Gary Abrams in purchasing my 2014 Kia Rio, and he went above and beyond the norm in providing me with excellent communication prior to the sale, and then working very hard and very persistently for me to come up with a price that everyone was comfortable with. Throughout the process, Gary was very patient with me, answering every question I had [and there were a bunch] to my satisfaction. On the day I purchased my Rio at last, Gary fought hard to provide me with numbers that were good enough for me to drive out with my new Rio. I would highly recommend Gary Abrams to be your personal Kia representative if you are planning on buying a Kia - I drove well out of my way to Burlington Kia, and I'm glad I did. Unfortunately, when I rated the sale on Kia's own website, a combination of my own misunderstanding of how the website worked and what seemed to be glitches [which froze the website three times during the process, requiring me to restart] resulted in me giving Gary a much lower score than he deserved, which resulted in a bad mark in his record and undeserved personal consequences against him. Please be aware that your ratings on the Kia website reflect directly on the salesman - if something bad happens, like the roof collapsing on you or stubbing your toe on the carpet, and you make note of this against the dealership itself, the negative score will still be directly applied to your salesman no matter your intentions. I attempted to fix this issue with the dealership, and was told there was nothing that could be done to fix my mistake. Mr. Abrams deserves much better than that. More

I had a wonerful experince at Burlington Kia with the salesman ship and overall experince. After some negotiation on the monthyly payment and cost we reached an agreement. Gary Abrams was a great salesman that sold me my 2011 Kia Sorento...He greeted me at the door when i was standing there by myself for about 2 mins...not to mention it was raining...he listened to me when i e Sorento...He greeted me at the door when i was standing there by myself for about 2 mins...not to mention it was raining...he listened to me when i explained to him about my previous car issues that i had...he was very eager to put me in a car...i had to leave because my ride was there to pick me up and he made an offer that i couldnt refuse...he told me to get my daughters out the car and if i wanted that offer that i would leave in that car that nite which i did...very polite to my kids and i...on that note i give him a 10 across the board...thanks again Gary...hope to do business with u again in the future...have a great day More
