Gary and the rest of the staff were wonderful! I've been thinking about buying a Soul for a while, but I had not gotten a chance to test drive one. I went to another local Kia dealer, and wandered I've been thinking about buying a Soul for a while, but I had not gotten a chance to test drive one. I went to another local Kia dealer, and wandered around their parking lot for a half hour while my husband and I were ignored. Frustrated and upset by the lack of consideration, we decided to try Burlington Kia. My husband had bought his Optima new there years ago, so he had a good history with them. We actually weren't aware that they had changed locations, and we were really surprised at how nice the new location was. There was ample space on the lot, and the cars weren't jammed up like they were in the previous Kia dealer's lot. We got out to look at some of the Souls on the Burlington Kia lot, and within less than 5 minutes, Gary was out there to talk to us. He chatted with us a while to find out what we'd like, and even though I was expecting to get a used car, he worked with us and managed to get us a new car that was within our price range. Not only that, but the car was everything I wanted. My husband and I left very happy with our purchase, and got nothing but consideration from Gary and the rest of the staff at Burlington Kia. He helped find a vehicle in my price range and as close to the payments that I could afford. Ev Gary was absolutely amazing from the time I walked in. Even after finding out I don't have the best credit, he put 100% effort into seeing that I left in a car that would make me happy! His manager and himself gave me a great price for trade in as well as a few other discounts. All and all I walked out a few hours later with a car and a smile on my face.
