Bizarre Behavior of Sales Went for oil change. Service is always top notch!! Joe, the sales(???) guy on the other hand was pretty rude. They sent a mailer for a contest that sa Went for oil change. Service is always top notch!! Joe, the sales(???) guy on the other hand was pretty rude. They sent a mailer for a contest that said to match my numbers to the prize board. They wanted my drivers license to "register" The mailer said nothing about this and I said I just wanted to check the prize board. He then said that's the procedure that the sales manager gave them. I said no worries can I speak to the sales manager just to see if I could check my numbers against the prize board. He said he had a meeting to go to and if I didn't want to follow this procedure I could "have a nice day" Wow, that's salesmanship. I waited and the "Finance Manager", Jon Carpenter came over and said no problem we can work this out....whatever that mean...he took me to his office where he again asked for my ID saying "that was the procedure". I said I got a mailing and was just there for service and just wanted to check the numbers as it said in the mailing. He again wanted me to "prove" who I was. I said I've been coming here for service for 5 years and I could get my vehicle registration...which matched the name and address on the mailing....he said NO...must be drivers license or state issued ID. He then told me me I was rude...wow really. I just wanted to check the numbers against the prize board, which I seem to have been prohibited from gazing upon until I gave my ID. He then said "things are going to get ugly very soon" I replied that it sounded like a threat. He said he had to ask me to leave and reminded me it was just a call to 911. I really had no issue i wasn't loud or threatening or anything....i was in too much shock by the response I was receiving . I was just asking if I could check the numbers, to see if I won something, but wow I cannot believe how bizarre the experience was...really..... I often check their site for cars because the service is so good that I would have bought another Kia from them. After this, I would not buy a bicycle from them. Good luck if this is how you show your professionalism. Again, the Service Department is top notch the best and this review in no way reflects that department,....Sales Department...just plain bizarre behavior!!! More

Buying a car was easy! I had so much anxiety about buying a new car. I've had the worst experiences with various dealerships. Gary Abrams made this purchase easy and I felt I had so much anxiety about buying a new car. I've had the worst experiences with various dealerships. Gary Abrams made this purchase easy and I felt comfy with the entire process. He worked quickly and listened to what I wanted and needed. They have various fresh baked goods and drinks ready for you while you wait. Important for a women who is 7 months pregnant. The genteleman in the finance department is awesome and worked with us quickly and there were no surprises or changes to the deal once we got there. I even got an automated first oil change appointment that I can easily reschedule if the time or date is not right. Thanks so much for making our experience awesome! More
