Overall not satisfied I purchased a lease vehicle on 7/18/16. My salesman was Joel Beswick who was very helpful. I have no complaints in his regard. I do have complaints regarding a few other things. Everything went pretty smoothly the evening of purchase but I was called back maybe a week later to come back in and re-sign some paperwork because there was an error made on the dealers end. I was advised that it would not affect me at all. Inconvenience #1. Secondly, one day before my tags expired I get the call that my plates and registration were ready for pick up. Also in the message I was advised that due to a motor vehicle shortage that I would have to pay $100 due at pick up. This was foreign news to me. This is my second vehicle purchased from Kia and my 4th vehicle financed in my lifetime and NEVER have I had to pay for tags/registration upon pick up. Plus neither my salesman nor the finance manager advised me of this at all. I was told by Finance Manager Jon Carpenter that they (the dealership) estimates the cost of tags and registration and sometimes there's an overage and the customer receives money back and sometimes they underestimate and the customer (me) would have to pay the shortage amount. I have never heard of this in my life. Whether it is true or not, it is absolutely ridiculous. Tags and registration should and have always been worked into the price of the purchase or covered by the dealership. Atleast this has always been my experience in the past. I also put a down payment down so what did that go towards? So yes I had to come up with $100 just to pick up my plates. Inconvenience #2. Also, today is 8/17/16 which is the date I was told my first payment would be due. It is on my lease agreement and everything. I was advised again by Jon Carpenter that I would receive a welcome package with all the information I needed regarding my new finance company and payment options prior to my first payment date. I never received it. I tried calling the number on the lease agreement and it just rang busy. So I finally call Jon to get more information and I was given Kia Motor Finance number. Great. So I call and I am advised that my payment was due 8/14 and not 8/17. I'm not sure how this new company handles late payments and had no intension on my first payment being late. So I was given an incorrect payment date. Inconvenience #3 and #4. I want to reiterate that I was very pleased with my salesman Joel Beswick. But overall, I must say I am NOT pleased with how everything else has played out. I more than likely would not recommend anyone I know to purchase a vehicle from Burlington Kia and I myself will not either. Thank you. More

A wonderful experience Gary made this a wonderful experience. He seemed more interested in helping me choose my perfect car instead of making a sale. With his encouragement, Gary made this a wonderful experience. He seemed more interested in helping me choose my perfect car instead of making a sale. With his encouragement, I drove 6 different cars. He was so helpful in doing comparative pricing with and without financing. After we purchased my new Soul, he spent a lot of time tutoring me on how to operate all of the features. He even said to come back to see him for more tutoring. More

Satisfied I had purchased my car from s different dealer. They were very nice but service department was terrible. I complained about a rubbing noise and theY t I had purchased my car from s different dealer. They were very nice but service department was terrible. I complained about a rubbing noise and theY tryed to tell me it was my brakes. I then got my breaks fixed brought it back and still insisted it was my breaks. I gave up with that whole place then found Burlington being very close to home. I went today they were very nice and accommodating they new every answer before I could finish. Very honest and didn't try to sell me on breaks which I did ask how much it would be when the time comes. Long story short the other place wanted to charge 400 for just break pads and a resurface which is insane. But Burlington said 200. I highly recommend them amazing group of people I will definitely be back. More

I was looking for a specific Kia sorento that fit my needs. I visited many dealers within a 100 mile radius that had the one I was looking for (Even to my specific color requirements). Various dealers that I went to were a complete waste of time for numerous reasons. -Salesman couldn't put down his vape during the entire process -Sales manager screaming at his salesman on the selling floor. -Added cleaning cost $2000 (Yes that's 2 thousand dollars added to invoice) I have had great experiences with dealers for prior vehicles over my 30 years of driving. My latest search for a vehicle was probably the worst experience I ever had until I went to Burlington Kia. Due to circumstances my credit has declined enough to make it almost impossible to purchase a car at a affordable monthly payment. The dealers I visited prior to going to Burlington kia claimed they could get me approved and at a reasonable rate. After 2 different dealers running my credit I decided to give up on my car search. I actually found a model that I fell in love with at a dealer that was 75 miles away. I did the test drive, got the entire vehicle run down, spent a long time there until they showed me the monthly payments that were over $650 per month. This was for a vehicle invoice of $18500. You do the math!!! On my way home we decided to stop for dinner when I received a call from Gary. Right off the bat he was very professional and didn't promise anything like the other dealers do. I made an appointment to visit Gary and see the model I wanted. To sum up my experience, Gary was excellent from the moment we walked in the showroom. Gary understood my circumstances and was willing to put in as much effort and time into the sale in order to meet my needs. He was very down to earth and personable and we were able to have a normal conversation waiting for the approval period. He didn't act like the stereotypical salesman. I know when Im ready for another vehicle I will definitely go and visit Gary at Burlington Kia. The entire team there made us feel very welcome and were willing to sacrifice their time to complete the purchase of the vehicle almost 1 hour after closing. I commend the entire team there and recommend other shoppers make Burlington Kia your first stop or your last if you want to experience xxxx shopping for a vehicle. More
