Ultimately, Burlington Kia was able to provide a price that was significantly more competitive than the other local dealerships. Once we finalized on the terms, he stayed late to get all the paperwork processed and finalized very expeditiously. Best experience I ever had purchasing a car!!!!!!! I want to start by thanking Kate Gurcik who called to schedule me an appointment to come in to buy a car with Gary Abrams. I explained that I had a poor credit but needed to trade in my van for a KIA Sorento. Gary Abrams was patient and understanding!!! He took the time to show me many options and test drive the vehicle. I told him I am a nurse and need a vehicle that could handle the snow if needed. He also took the time to speak to my husband on Face Time and explain to him our options. I explain our situation why our credit was poor and there was no judgment. Within the next hour in a half Gary came out and told me I was getting the KIA Sorento I picked!!!! I was so happy, then Gary Abrams came out with a new flat screen LG television and said "Merry Christmas" I could not believe it! It brought me to tears ! I will always come back to Burlington KIA and recommend this place to everyone I know!!!!!!
