Outstanding Customer Service Gary had been trying to get us to come into the dealer for months. Me not having any trust in car dealer representatives I procrastinated and boy was I wrong to do so. The moment I met Gary he realized my guard was up. Immediately he asked me will I trust him to work out the best possible deal for my parents, I was hesitant but I relaxed a little and allowed him to work. Gary showed genuine care and respect for my parents needs and truly went out of his way to find something that would work for them, including staying an hour after his shift to do so. He asked my Dad what exactly was he looking for in a car; to my surprise on his first try Gary pulled up the car that my parents took home that night! There was no high-pressure tactics from Crispin Lopes, our sales person. He was professional and accommodating. We came to a good deal on both the car AND the financing with no hassle. With left with the car the same day. He also took the time to go over the mass quantity of new technology and synced my phone with the car. He also took the extra step to "friend" me on Facebook and actually already answered one of my tec questions. I am sure the tec n the car will generate many more.
