False diagnostic Took my car to Burlington to get it fixed, my car would not start. Had to bring back my car 3 times before they could figure out what was wrong with m Took my car to Burlington to get it fixed, my car would not start. Had to bring back my car 3 times before they could figure out what was wrong with my car. First diagnostic was the intake manifold was the reason why my car didn't start, was told my Starter and Engine checked out fine. Second time they clean out the battery and tested it and still said everything was fine the third time they told me it was the starter, i asked to ralk to a Manager and one NEVER CAME OUT to speak with me. What angers me is that they charged me twice for labor when they falsely gave me the wrong diagnose why the car didnt starts. My first total was $796.29 and $463.17 Even if my engine light was on it wasn't the cause of my car NOT starting. I wouldn't of minded if they found the problem of the starter and told me I needed my Manifold replaced and fixed it all at one time and not charge me again for labor when they missed the diagnose, But to inconvenience me three times I had to miss Work to Bring my car back A very ferious customer More
