Several members of the management team also made it a priority to not only greet us but to extend special hospitality in offering refreshments and opening dialogue with us while Gary would need to step away to complete paperwork in the process. The Kia family atmosphere was warm, relaxed and not rushed...everything you truly need when when anticipating any large purchase. Gary was abundantly clear in explaining each step of the buying process. He armed us with the tools we needed to become proactive and make the best buying decision based on our affordable options. It was a very pleasant experience! I walked in expecting it to be like any other dealership. The first face I saw was Jean-Claude Duplessis. They worked all the numbers for me but then showed me that I could get a brand new Kia Sorrento for an even better monthly payment with all of the Kia specials and rebates!!! More

Our first experience was in 2003 and I enjoyed my Sorento for 15 years. When it came time for an upgrade, we knew right where to go! We had no idea we would be in the capable hands of our salesman, Brian Bonner. From the first hand shake to the conclusion of our dealing, Brian was an absolute professional. He took every measure to ensure our experience was enjoyable. Brian was very friendly, knowledgeable and went out of his way to assist us in finding exactly what we wanted! He took all the time we needed to guarantee we were comfortable with our decision. Then he took the extra time to go over all the great features of my 2019 Kia Sportage. Hands down, Brian Bonner is our go-to guy! I would recommend Burlington Kia to my friends and family (and I already have!) More

She had the pleasure of working with Lance. Lance found a way to get us both into new vehicles. My mom called me to tell me to meet her at the dealership. When I pulled up, her and Lance were waiting for me. Lance had an idea of what car would be good for me. We went for two test drives. I picked te Sorento over the Sportage. He was able to get me a lower payment than what I was paying on my ‘05 Escape. Lance was super nice and helpful and I would definitely recommend him. His focus was us and getting us out of our old cars. He stayed with us until we were done. More

Very bad experience We bought a ‘16 Sportage from this place in ‘15. At that time, all of their new cars stated that free oil changes were included. 1st oil change, nope, We bought a ‘16 Sportage from this place in ‘15. At that time, all of their new cars stated that free oil changes were included. 1st oil change, nope, we get charged. Their explanation: You didn’t pay sticker price. 3 yrs later, we decided to give them a 2nd chance by trading in the Sportage on a ‘16 Sorento. All was going good & when we left we reinforced with them that we were checking with our credit union before making a final decision. They were ok with that & kept reinforcing that they were ok with that. After some misinformation from them & 2 days later, the manager, Joe Mazzaferro, states they are raising the price because we’re not financing through them. Also, this vehicle was advertised as certified pre-owned, but at final purchase it wasn’t. For $795 they could make it certified. So, they raised the price & don’t honor their advertising a 2nd time. Then Joe Mazzaferro tells us that our complaints are unwarranted. Lol! We won’t be back for a 3rd time. We won’t ever be back! More
