Ignoring Kia’s constant messages for a trade-in, I found myself drowning in overage fees. I made sure to see Gary Abrams right away. Gary connected me with Joe Mazzaferro who really worked his magic. Not only was he able to buy back my car but also found a decent loan to put me into a new one. Gary worked with me for hours to get me a monthly bill that fit into my budget as well as the insurance coverage to fit my needs. These two gentlemen are truly life savers. More

It was a decision I muddled about for at least six months. Without ever meeting, Brian helped me through those months via email. On the day of my appointment, as I drove all over the KIA lot, I looked up and saw Brian. He was in front of the main door to the dealership waving ( both arms) to get my attention and to bring me to a parking spot right there. That was my introduction to Brian! We went into the dealership and Brian’s office. Because of Brian’s attention, his energy his knowledge and his planning for my appearance, the rest of our transaction went smoothly and seamlessly. Brian was considerate of my needs and he made sure I was comfortable. When I started to cough, he brought me two bottles of water! It was a hot day, and after asking permission, Brian made trips out to my car to save me from the heat. Yep, he treated this senior citizen with respect and friendliness. Brian knew I decided to keep the Sportage and he explained eac step of the process clearly and succinctly.. ashen it came time for me to meet with the finance officer, Brian mentioned to Pete that the envelope, Pete was putting my papers into should have something written on it to distinguish from a similar KIA envelope in my glove compartment. That was exactly the destination of the new envelope. The finance offer was also extremely helpful. We had a really nice conversation about places we had in common. Regretfully, I do not remember Pete’s last name. He , also, explained every step of the process. Pete should also have five stars! Of course, I will recommend Burlington KIA to everybody! More

Sales without the pressure. I was having a great deal of difficulty making a purchase with financing. The staff were patient, comforting, and accommodating. It took me two trips and almost 9 hours, but we got a deal done (the dealership was not to blame for my extended visits). The whole time, I was constantly attended to, provided snacks and beverages, and was able to watch a live sporting event while I waited for the paperwork process to be completed.
