I was greeted by a enthusiastic team, and Brian Bonner. During my visit Brian did everything possible to make sure I left with a vehicle. Not only any vehicle but the exact one I wanted. Brian made me feel at home, and comfortable with this transaction being I am inexperienced in buying new vehicles. One of the most surprising things I’ve seen is, Brian being able to FULLY help myself and another customer. My process took a little longer than expected so it ran Into another appointment, and I couldn’t even tell he was dealing with 2 people at once! Great experience, no pressure, and great service! My wife and I were looking for a KIA Sorento for about 2 months and went to various Kia Dealerships. We decided to go to Burlington KIA due to the amo My wife and I were looking for a KIA Sorento for about 2 months and went to various Kia Dealerships. We decided to go to Burlington KIA due to the amount of online used Sorento's that we saw on AutoTrader. We spent a few minutes as a family looking at the used Sorentos and then we met Gary Abrams. Gary was very professional, no pressure, and a no games kinda guy. He took us in, listened to what we were looking for, and introduced us to a 2017 used KIA Sorento that had the perfect exterior and interior colors, mileage, price range, and everything else that we were looking for. Took it for a test drive, calculated out some numbers, met Jean-Claude Duplessis (who was also another very professional, no pressure, and a no games kinda guy), and walked out with a great car that we could afford. Even after 10:30pm, when all paperwork was finished, Gary Abrams took the time to sync our iPhones up to the new used vehicle and showed us some more neat little features with the car. Again, great experience - if not the best experience by far that we have had with buying a used car. We are glad that we purchased a KIA Sorento and we'll be coming back for more KIA's as time, money, and the need of another vehicle arises!!! More

They definitely listen and accommodate your needs! Test drove the SUV without any pressure and was able to have my own time to check out the car without having the feeling of being “watched over”. Sometimes it can be overwhelming and you end up feeling pressured into buying a car, but that was not the case by any means here! Had a really great experience !
