Amazing Dealership Experience I have been to a few dealerships in the past that have made me uncomfortable, and even nervous. When i walked into Burlington Kia, I was greeted with smiling faces, pleasant employee interactions, and nothing but respect. Gary Abrams was the absolute best. He listened to what I wanted first, and actually sat and had a conversation with me, went over my options and did everything in his power to get me into the car I wanted. He was patient beyond measure, attentive and never made me feel like i was making a mistake. I cannot thank him enough for all of his hard work it is truly refreshing to have a sales specialist that considers what the buyer's wants and needs are. So I will recommend EVERYONE I possibly can to visit Burlington KIA! You will NOT be disappointed! Thank you Burlington KIA, and thank you Gary. It has truly been a wonderful experience. More

I've leased a car from Burlington Kia several years ago and was very satisfied with the service.Now since my lease was running out it was time to buy I've leased a car from Burlington Kia several years ago and was very satisfied with the service.Now since my lease was running out it was time to buy a vehicle.While looking around at different dealerships I really didn't care for the pressure (hounding)of some of the salesman.Went back to Kia to look around and met a salesman(Brian Bonner)who just sat down with me and my wife and talked to us like we were family and not like a wolf looking for his next meal ticket. I recommend Brian and his manager(Joe Mazzaferro) two remarkable and outstanding guys who got us a deal we were looking for .I would recommend Burlington Kia to anyone,friends,family,coworkers,anybody who's looking to buy or lease a vehicle. Disrespectful and not knowledgeable - WORST EXPERIENCE EVER Purchased a vehicle and told I had to provide DD-214 for discount which is not true. There are other acceptable documents. When quoting policy you should know policy!!!! Kia's policy states: Eligible customers or spouses of eligible customers must provide a copy of one of the following in order to qualify for the incentive: a current Earning Statement, a copy of the honorable discharge papers, a bank statement indicating a pension or disability earnings from the United States Armed Forces, or an official document indicating future pension eligibility. Avoid him like the plague. Others in the business are more knowledgeable and friendly or go to a different dealership. Benji Cook and Duane Hale were a pleasure to work with and the only reason this place is not an overall 1. It wasn't just him it was another nameless manager also. I fealt deeply direspected by this man and his co-worker. Letting my brothers and sisters in uniform know they should always be respected. Managent here sucks. More

They"Made me an offer I could'nt refuse" Where to begin? I had absolutely no intention of purchasing another car.I had a 2010 Kia Forte with relatively low mileage, that, I had not had a Where to begin? I had absolutely no intention of purchasing another car.I had a 2010 Kia Forte with relatively low mileage, that, I had not had an inkling of a problem with. Even after nine years; the finish looked almost show room condition and other than regular suggested maintenance and an occasional wash I did nothing special for care. I have had many different cars but never one that I was more happy with than my Forte. Too make a long story short. A few nights ago someone; smashed into my Forte at high speed while it was parked in front of my home.and totaled it. After dealing with the police (as it was a hit and run) and my insurance company; I went on line and looked at numerous car dealerships , online buying services and makes and models. after a couple of days of researching and shopping; I decided I wanted another KIa and would go to Burlington Kia. (I should have saved my time and gone there first) I had used their Service Department. since moving to Jersey 4 years ago and was more than completely satisfied with each interaction. They were quick. honest and efficient. (The premium teas, hot coffee, bottled water and fresh pastries while waiting aren't bad either). Just based on the service department they were my best choice. I have ambled on enough. The best part is that after I sent an email; Gary Abrams gave me a call and we set an appointment for later that day. I went in ;in kind of a bad and apprehensive mood.(as I have said I; ( had no previous intention of purchasing a vehicle at this time).Gary greeted me and my wife at the door with a warm smile, a firm handshake and and a warm and sincere manner. He offered us beverages and snacks and then asked me to again explain my circumstance for shopping for a vehicle. I explained the sudden loss of my reliable Forte and being retired and on a somewhat limited .budget. Gary had already selected a few vehicles to show me and when I was not totally happy with color or options he selected a few more. (My mom always said" I had champagne taste and beer pocket") He came with another vehicle; which was my preferred color and had more options than I had hoped for. I thought this car would be way out of reach for my budget. I decided that this was the car I wanted if affordable. Gary came back once with numbers that were good but not in budget. We discussed a little more about options to obtain this car. We came up with a number and terms that more than met my budget needs. When he came back and said "congratulations we have a deal" I was amazed. We had settled on a lease with a more than generous mileage amount, a reasonable down payment and a residual buyout that was low enough to knock my stoic and ever questioning wife out of her seat. To end this very long and painfully detailed review I would just say that . From the previous; and I am certain future service: to the sales and finance I give ten out of five star rating. More
