Upon our arrival he immediately began working with us and discussing our vehicle needs. He showed us the vehicles that were in stock and assured us that he could get us any vehicle we requested. He promptly allowed us to test drive the vehicles of our choice. Fortunately they had the exact vehicle color and style that we wanted. Surprisingly successful and helpful! I had previously gotten a really bad loan on my first Kia from another Kia dealer. It left me owing double amount of what my car was worth. I went to several dealers and tried to trade but none were able to get me financed due to such negative equity. I clicked on a advertisement that came into my email and got a call from Gary at Burlington and Kia. I told him my situation and he convinced me to come in. I was thinking it would be a waste of my time but to my surprise Gary Abrams and Joe Mazzafero was able to work a deal out that got me out of the bad loan and into a beautiful new car. In choosing Burlington Kia we feel we made the right decision. We had set up an appointment through their internet sales department. When we walked in we were met by Jonathan Narine. Jonathan was extremely friendly and helpful. He made it a point to ask us our specific needs for our new vehicles first. He then walked the lot with us and determined the color and trim level of each model. He then took us for test drives in the specific vehicles we were looking at. After the test drive(s) he sat down and made sure that we were aware of all the safety features each has. Not once did Jonathan make us feel pressured, or uneasy. The leasing process was pretty straightforward. Compared to our previous experiences at the dealership we had leased from prior this was a far better experience. I will highly recommend Jonathan and Burlington Kia to family and friends. More
