He made me comfortable with the process and I never felt like I was being pushed into something I couldn’t afford. He understood the maximum I was willing to spend and when the car I wanted to lease wasn’t on the lot - he made sure it was there before I signed the last sheet of paper so I didn’t have to return another day. Everyone was friendly and made sure we were comfortable throughout the process. I can honestly say - that if there ever comes a time I need a new car or know someone who is looking - I would send them to John Lockett ! More

Sales Manager Joe Mazzzaferro, also polite, assisted in bringing the final sales price down to what we expected to pay. We had previously priced the car at numerous KIA dealers. I did find it a bit confusing during the pricing negotiations that the starting price used was the higher “Dealer Cost” amount instead of MSRP that we found to be the case at other dealers, but once I understood that, the discussion about the pricing continued to a satisfactory conclusion. The car was detailed while we waited. More

I was assigned a salesperson, Brian Bonner, I explained my criteria, Brian showed me various vehicles that met my criteria. He was extremely knowledgeable about each vehicle which made me comfortable with each. I chose the Sorento SX Limited, Drove it home to show my husband then back to the dealership. I decided to purchase the vehicle with Black exterior with Brown Leather Interior. Continuing inside to continue I was introduced to another knowledgeable and pleasant individual, Dane DePalo, who completed the paperwork. Brian Bonner returned and we went to My New Vehicle and he explained the many functions necessary to feel comfortable while driving. I returned this morning so that the PDI could be performed and Brian could continue explaining the functions for safely driving the vehicle. I left the dealership very comfortable in the vehicle and extremely happy with the transaction and personnel. More
