I purchased my first car through him and he hooked me up with the best possible deal. No down payment. Dealership took care of my first car payment. Filled up on a full tank of gas. A great way to end my Birthday month! And an amazing experience which lead me to come back yesterday to purchase my second vehicle. Gary treats all of his customers like gold and their apart of the family. Negotiations were iffy but we were able to figure out a price that would fit my budget. Gave me floor mats for my car which was a nice gesture! Alot of car salesmen needs to take note. Gary is the best of the best Plan on going back and purchasing my next vehicle. Hoping to make it a tradition every other May as I celebrate my friendship anniversary with my long time friend who I've known for close to 20 years. Won't go anywhere else but Burlington KIA! But if you have trouble reaching it or clicking it the extender helps tremendously. More

Satisfied New Owner of a Kia Before going on to do a review of the Salesperson which I completed the transaction with, I just want to point out a couple of things prior to test dr Before going on to do a review of the Salesperson which I completed the transaction with, I just want to point out a couple of things prior to test driving the vehicle I actually purchased: I made an appt. to visit the dealership for Wednesday, May 1st at 6:30 pm to check out a car which I saw online. Apparently, when I got there I was informed that the car was already sold. I was a little disappointed as that was really the only vehicle in their used inventory that I was interested in looking at because of the color. I thought maybe I would've been notified prior to my visit. It may have been because of the timing as well. I was also caught a little off guard because when I arrived, I was brought to a person other than Kevin. When I spoke to Kevin over the phone to make the appt, I assumed Kevin would be my salesperson since he told me to ask for him when I arrived. Maybe in the future, that should be clarified to save some confusion. So, after my salesperson, Branden clarified the confusion with Kevin being the scheduler and not in sales, I agreed to check out what else they had on the lot that I might be interested in. He brought me to the Optima that I wound up purchasing. I felt comfortable with him right away as he was calm, not arrogant or pushy and let me direct the way the interaction was going to work out. He was extremely knowledgeable, nice, professional, efficient and seemed genuinely sorry that I missed out on the actual car I went there to test drive. He also apologized for the confusion with the scheduling person Kevin. He went over all of the features the car had to offer and when I told him I wasn't crazy about the color, he showed me other models in different colors. He did not have any other black Optima's, that fit into my budget. Not being a fan of car dealerships, I have to say that Branden made the entire experience comfortable and pretty tolerable. He worked hard to get me into my new car as quickly and efficiently as possible. He gave me the impression of a dedicated, hard working employee who really cares about his people. He has a great personality and temperament and is definitely a valuable asset to the dealership!!! I would recommend Branden to anyone interested in visiting the Burlington Dealership. I hope Branden has a long, successful career with Burlington Kia. He is definitely a good Salesman. Thanks Branden!! Shout out to Jean-Claude Duplessis, Sales Mgr. as well!! He made the deal with my trade in work with the lowest possible monthly payment schedule and I appreciate him for that. More
