We 1st visited the Cherry Hill location. However, no one came outside to greet us. So we left after walking around for about 15 minutes. We then decided to visit the Burlington location. After approximately 5-7 minutes, our future sales representative, Chris Agustin, came outside and greeted us. Chris asked us about our purpose for visiting, and what our wants and need were in car shopping. He was not pushy, nor aggressive in conversing with us. In doing so, he made us comfortable and confident in deciding to conduct business with him and Kia of Burlington. When all was done, I purchased my forever car with a huge discount and no money down...Best birthday gift ever!! More
Had a poor experience with the former service manager, Frank, and the General Manager, Marcus. As it seems that Frank has been let go, I will focus this review mainly on Marcus. After Frank refused to honor a service contract I had with the dealership, yelled at me, spoke down to me, and lied about not maintaining service records, I was unhappy, reached out to the GM, and left a poor google review. Marcus reached out, seemingly trying to help, but never responded to any voicemails I left him over a series of months. It felt like he was just trying to play it up for the internet, with no intention of ever reaching back out. And he never did. The whole experience felt like a huge scam, and this is a dealership that I would not recommend using for purchases and service. More
This review is for the service department, NOT THE SALES DEPARTMENT, I brought my Kia K5 LXS 2021 car in for it's first oil change since purchase Dec. 2021 and Valerie Apple was my service advisor, she was/ DEPARTMENT, I brought my Kia K5 LXS 2021 car in for it's first oil change since purchase Dec. 2021 and Valerie Apple was my service advisor, she was/is TOP NOTCH and with the service she provided me will keep me coming back to Kia Service in Burlington NC. She resolved the issue for me with my car pulling slightly to the left that I thought was out of alignment but it was indeed a new tire on the front left side and recommended rotating the tires to fix the issue and explained why. She also knew why my stirring wheel was making a funny sound when I turned it, so she has ordered the part and we will be replacing it under warranty. I was not aware of the steering wheel issue till I drove the car for a little bit after purchase for it was an impulse by for me while on site having my 2013 Optima oil change and front breaks done. I love the car and once I have these issues resolved and 4 new tires she will be top notch. I would have expected more from the sales department though for it was a "certified preowned" car that I purchased, I will leave that to my second review, bottom line is Kia Service Department in Burlington I HIGHLY recommend, ask for Valerie Apple!! More
One of the worst dealerships I’ve bought from. Salesman was slimy as usual. Made the deal and I had to leave so I left my wife there to finish up and drive the new car home. As soon as I left they somehow went up $12 a month. They knew my wife was stranded and didn’t have a way home. They didn’t leave me with a temporary registration. So then I moved to a different state and they were supposed to send it to me and they told me they would overnight it and they did not. Now my plates are expired and I called again and they said they would overnight again. So I’m still waiting on that. More
