John Lockett is the nicest and most helpful salesman I have ever met - and I really mean that. He greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, and even though I have not visited his showroom in two yea have ever met - and I really mean that. He greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, and even though I have not visited his showroom in two years, he remembered my name. Although he did not have the exact vehicle that I was looking for, he called me several times over the next three days until he found the exact model I wanted. He made the process not only enjoyable but also timely. He even took the time to introduce me to the members of his team as they walked by. Gary's exuberance was quite evident from the moment my wife and i drove up to the dealership. You could tell he enjoyed his job. He was very patient with us as we worked through our decision. Absolutely top-notch salespeople. More than go out of their way to assist with any questions, doubts or just a purchasers curiosity about any particular vehicle, specs., servicing, etc. Knowledgeable; a their way to assist with any questions, doubts or just a purchasers curiosity about any particular vehicle, specs., servicing, etc. Knowledgeable; any question asked is answered either by the salesperson servicing you or they will seek out the answer from a manager,etc. If a manager becomes involved, he will further assist and make sure all questions are answered correctly or at least to the questioners satisfaction. Upon entering the showroom; the friendly, hospitable greetings with a smile and handshake is more than welcoming to a prospective buyer. They make you feel at ease and very confident in your decision to purchase a vehicle. You're not made to feel as though you will be taken on an unwanted ride in a vehicle you didn't intend to buy or could afford. I actually didn't purchase my vehicle from this dealer, but they were willing to help me the best they could with my problem with another KIA dealership. I would like to thank them at this time. I am looking forward to having my new car serviced there instead of the purchase place. My hat goes off to the fine salespeople at BURLINGTON COUNTY KIA. I had the great exprience at Burlington Kia! Gary my saleman took the time to get me the deal I wanted and payment. I ended up getting a great brand new Sportage. After twice visiting a KIA dealership, which is closer to my home, and having an undesirable experience with the sales and management staff, my wife and I chose to drive to Burlington KIA to see if it was a my home, and having an undesirable experience with the sales and management staff, my wife and I chose to drive to Burlington KIA to see if it was a problem with KIA dealers, or just the other dealership. What a pleasant surprise. We were treated with the utmost courtesy by the sales staff. Not just the sales person assigned to us (Lance), but all of the salesmen present. When we explained our experience at the other dealership, we were apologized to by the salesman, the sales manager (Rich), and the general manager (Marcus). Although they had no control over the unprofessional attitude of the other dealership, they seemed to feel embarrassed. Partly because of their professionalism, and their willingness to share information, and answer questions we leased a 2011 KIA Soul that same afternoon. We started late in the afternoon, so when we finished it was evening and we were hungry. The sales manager told us to go to dinner, and when we got home our car would be in our driveway 20 miles from the dealership. It was there when we arrived home. This experience lead me to lease a second vehicle from Burlington KIA, a 2011 KIA Optima, two days later. I experienced a minor problem with the Optima, slight pull to the left, and the service department treated me like family. In addition the personnel I dealt with concerning the transfer of my special plates to the newly leased vehicles was handled very proficiently. So, from initial contact with the salesman, to the extra concern of the managers, the financial manager (Mike),to the service personnel(Carl) and the titling personnel(Jackie)this was the most pleasurable automobile purchasing/leasing process I have ever experienced and I have been leasing vehicles for many years. More

I would have to say this was the best experience i have ever had with a dealer. I been to other dealers to look at cars. This was the best. They found the car i wanted and got it to me the next day. I have already told my co-workers to come to this dealer if they are looking for friendly service and a Kia is in their minds. More
Gary Abrahms was courteous and friendly. From the start he asked us what kind of car we were interested in and our price range. He showed us cars in that price range and brought some other suggestions to he asked us what kind of car we were interested in and our price range. He showed us cars in that price range and brought some other suggestions to our attention. He was patient while we inspected and drove a number of cars. Gary and several other folks, including Mike Barse, stayed hours late after closing to complete the sale. We thought the final price was fair and the entire transaction was professional. One suggestion - I didn't expect to close the deal at that time and so I came unprepared for the tag transfer and without the vehicle I would I have traded in. That is the only snag in th eoperation but it did not take away from the sales experience. More
When I went to Burlington Kia, I knew that I had a Sorento in mind and needed to trade in my car. I had been to another Kia dealer and they did not listen to the things that I wanted which I made cle Sorento in mind and needed to trade in my car. I had been to another Kia dealer and they did not listen to the things that I wanted which I made clear when I walked into the showroom. This caused the other dealer to give me a very high payment quote and thus lose a sale. Gary listened to all of the things that I was looking for from the very beginning - from color of the Sorento to my monthly payment requests. Both Gary and the Financing Department worked with me to allow me to purchase the car I was looking for at a price that worked for me. It has been a month and I love my new Sorento! More
