Gregory Your experience at Burlington Kia wasn't as you paint it. If I recall, you offered to pay the MSRP on the Sportage and we didn't accept the offer. That doesn't make your experience bad, we just didn't come to terms on the vehicle. Unfortunately, product is very tight right now and you were on a very hot product that has little to no availability from the factory. You stated that you purchased a different vehicle at James Kia, one with the navigation package. You aren't giving us the fair shake as that vehicle is abundant and readily available. We had many of those available and we could have discounted that vehicle for you as requested. You didn't give us the chance on that vehicle and your review is unfair as you weren't comparing apples to apples. If I recall also, one of the Salesmanagers Mike was very helpful and was trying to work with you to make the deal happen. He even called you after you left to give you another offer and you didn't return the call? If Burlington Kia treated you rude and was unprofessional in dealing with you then I would understand your negative review. In this case, we didn't come to terms on the price on a limited availability vehicle. This is not a case of anyone being a "crook". It is a case of supply and demand. The vehicle you purchased was not the comparable vehicle that you shopped for at Burlington Kia. If James Kia had to sell you that particular vehicle with the same color and package, what would their price have been? Would you write a bad review about Target because a household product that you utilitze on a daily basis is $1.00 less at Walmart?? I hope we can come to an amicable resolution as professionals and gentleman.
