During my random stop at Burlington Kia I met Gary Abrams. He was really nice, friendly, and understanding. He was very patient, he took us to 4 of the lots they have to show me cars that I told him Abrams. He was really nice, friendly, and understanding. If I didn't like a car he did not get upset or keep asking me he simply took me to the next. After showing me several cars, he finally showed me my car. I really liked it, but I did not notice that it was stick shift. Gary had the patience of showing me how to drive stick and how it worked. He even offered to teach me if I ever came by. Throughtout the awesome experience my mom was very worried, and Gary would talk to my mom with patience and understanding. I had a lot of fun cheacking out cars that I told him I was looking for, he did not show me cars I didn't ask for. So thanks to Gary I bought my 2009 Nissan Versa, and I'm loving stick shift. I first inquired about a Rio online and was emailed and then called to possibly come in to set up an appointment to look at the car. I came in and they ended up being out of Rios but I was shown the Forte then called to possibly come in to set up an appointment to look at the car. Design, performance, fit and finish, fuel economy... it's all there in one fantastic package!!! Hopefully the Sedona gets the same redesign treatment. I went to Burlington Kia on Saturday May 14 to try my luck at a key I received in the mail. As I was walking into the dealership I was greeted at the door by Mr. Gary Abrams. Gary said come on in and lets see if you won anything. I did not win a prize but that was ok. We talked a little about cars and I told him I would be interested in a Kia SOUL +. Gary went and got the keys and we went for a test drive. The dealer stayed open late so I could go for a test drive. I told Gary I would be back with my wife as it would be her car if we bought one. I talked to Gary a few times during the week and told him I would be back in on Saturday May 21 2011. My wife and I went to visit the dealership on Saturday morning and when we pulled up they had the car sitting right at the front door for us. We wanted a Silver SOUL + and there it was waiting for us. We were greeted at the door by another gentlemen and I told him we were there to see Gary Abrams.This gentlemen took us right over to Gary Abrams. We got started right away and we went for a test drive and my wife drove the SOUL and loved it. We came to a quick agreement on my trade in and a final price on the new SOUL and my wife and I drove off in her new car. Everyone at this dealership is very professional and very helpful. We then met Mike and he did all the paper work for us and we signed everything and off we went in my wifes new Soul. Burlington Kia has a very good selection of cars and very good prices. Everyone at Burlington Kia was very nice to work with. More

Kia customer service informed me that this dealership had a large inventory of Kia Optima SX's in stock so I contacted them to review what they had.
