This was our first time dealing with Burlington Kia & our experience was wonderful. We had been driving down Route 130 to check out a list of dealerships. Burlington Kia was not one of those on our lis our experience was wonderful. We had been driving down Route 130 to check out a list of dealerships. Burlington Kia was not one of those on our list, we saw it and made a last minute turn into the driveway. As we got out of our car we were greeted by Gary Abrams. He asked what exactly we were interested in purchasing and he came up with a couple suv's to show us. Gary took us out for a couple test drives until we found the perfect vehicle for us. The vehicle was priced a little higher then we wanted to pay, but Gary worked with us to make was we wanted happen for us. Oh and by the way this was one of those days that it poured for hours. Which means Gary walked around & drove vehicles with us in down pouring rain; we were all soaked by the time we were finished. I would definately recommend this dealership & Gary to anyone interested in a new/used vehicle. Gary worked hard to get us what we wanted while he got to know us personaly which you probably wouldn't get anywhere else. Our next vehicle will in no doubt be purchased from Burlington Kia. More

I had a terrible experience at Burlington me and my wife went in to buy a 11 sportage with my mother who was also looking at a 11 Sportage the salesman told us repeatedly that they shouldn’t have a problem went in to buy a 11 sportage with my mother who was also looking at a 11 Sportage the salesman told us repeatedly that they shouldn’t have a problem financing the monthly payments me and my wife wanted to pay once my mothers papers where signed little did we know that after her papers where signed my deal went out the window my payments went up 73 dollars a month not to mention we wasted 5 hours . After it became apparent that the 2nd car wasn’t being bought from Burlington they told us the payments I wanted weren’t possible w/the amount of money I wanted to put down ,2 days later Sussman kia sold us exactly what we wanted for less than we originally wanted to pay . I didnt want to buy a kia after dealing with Burlington I cannot believe that they have so many great reviews (which were shown to me in the dealership ) not only would I not recommend this dealership I would urge you not to buy from here 3 thousand dollars above msrp is ridiculous . I’m still upset just thinking about this place! More
my original review was outstanding. since then they have fallen greatly. the price was great, Gary was great and overall it was a good experience. my daughter bought the car last July. since then we have tr fallen greatly. the price was great, Gary was great and overall it was a good experience. my daughter bought the car last July. since then we have tried to modify the extended warranty. something that should take an hour has turned into a nightmare. they respond, i give them the information, i never hear from them again, they finally respond again, i again give them the information and never hear from them again. it is now nine months and nothing done. i call, leave messages, send emails no answer. I was pressured into buying a vehicle and made to feel as a female my opinion did not count. When I contacted the dealership my calls were never returned. Overall I was very pleased with my experience at Kia. Gary was very friendly and helpful. He answered all of my questions, as well as my husband's. He made the experience enjoyable, and I feel he went over and above the call of duty - which is something I appreciate very much in customer service. My husband and I test drove a few Kia's at a local dealership, but passed Burlington Kia several times and stopped in on a Sunday when they were closed. We decided to go back to Burlington to talk to them as we saw a car on their lot that was the color and model we wanted to purchase. I actually emailed with the Internet Manager on our way over and John met us at the door. While we were sitting there, all of the sales people who had walked by us, greeted us, even if it was with a smile. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Due to time restraints, we were not purchasing the vehicle on our first visit (Saturday July 9) but assured them that we would be back on Tuesday, July 12 and if the number were right, we would be purchasing the car. I felt they were very upfront and forward with us, not too pushy, and in return, we told them our expectations and they were far sufficed. I also appreciated that when my husband and I sat with Mike - the finance guy - he not only went over everything and every available option, but I was most impressed that he did not print up the agreements until we decided if we were taking any additional options. The last time I purchased a car - from a totally different dealer - They would not give me any information about the loan for 3 full days and then when we went to sign the paperwork...they had added all kinds of additional things in there that we did not want. Needless to say - this experience was 100 times better than our last, and we would strongly recommend Burlington Auto Group and Kia to our Friends and family! More
