My boyfriend and I were looking for a new or fairly used car. We needed it within the next 5 days. Burlington Kia was our second stop, our first experience was awful! Upon meeting Ernesto I felt like I was being helped by a friend instead of a commission hungry sales man. We were comfortable and told him what we wanted and what we needed. He didn't try to take us out of our comfort zone by talking us into cars out of our price range which made me happy. We sat down and went out some "pending bank approval" numbers. We left and go shop around and still kept Burlington Kia in mind. We ended up buying a car the next day, however, we did not purchase from Burlington Kia. The reason why was because I ended up buying a 2012 Nissan for much less then the 2010 Kia my interests were set on. Ernesto did try to sell us a 2007 Kia "in our price range." Unfortunately, he could not get the 2010 Kia in "our price range" despite "trying." After shopping around and realizing we were able to talk down a 2012 Nissan into "our price range" I began feeling like Kia was just trying to get rid of the 2007. They knew they would be able to sell the 2010 Kia, as I was told "they can't keep them on the lot." They would have had a harder time selling the 2007. I was disappointed because I really did love the 2010 Kia Soul and I find it hard to believe I got a brand new 2012 Nissan cheaper then the 2010 Kia Soul. All in all, the customer service was great and Ernesto is a terrific sales man. I would still recommend Burlington Kia, but always keep your options open. More
I knew I wanted a hatchback vehicle. I went to dealerships near home and work and they were NOT helpful. I have excellent credit and was even prepared to pay cash! Everyone was so concerned about the trade-in value of my '07 Maxima that they wouldn't even let me test drive cars unless I let them evaluate my car. Even worse, dealerships that didn't have any hatchbacks available at the time never even bothered to call me back! Hello, I'm paying cash! I drove by Burlington Kia on a Wednesday evening and randomly stopped in. I was greeted by Ed Miller and the first thing he said was, "Let's go drive some cars!" Being a very petite woman, it's difficult to find a car that is comfortable and safe for me to drive. Ed was unbelievably patient!! We talked Phillies, horse racing, travel... We found a car that I loved, and only then did we discuss the trade-in and payment. I left that night with a new (pre-owned) car and have never been happier! Best car buying experience I've ever had! More
I would highly recommend Burlington Kia to anyone who is purchasing a new or used car. The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and most important, professional. My search for a specific make/model used car was approximately 3 days from a telephone inquiry to driving out of the showroom in exactly what I was looking for. Not only did I get an excellent price for my purchase, I also got a great amount for my trade in. The entire experience exceeded my expectations! More

Burlington Kia has always been a first choice for me ever since my first car purchase with them 5 years ago. Mr. Grimes was also a great salesperson who did not pressure me into getting anything I didn't wan since my first car purchase with them 5 years ago. Since we had a great experience the year before we decided to go back, I was ready to trade in a SUV for a more gas efficient car (and since our boys are driving age we did not need the larger vehicle). We had Mr. Gary Abrams as our sales consultant. We explained to him what we were looking for and the payment we wanted to pay. Mr Abrams showed us all the efficient cars and ones that was in our price range. Mr Abrams was very nice and polite and worked closely with us, not once did I feel forced or bullied. I settled on a Spectra 5, I love it! More
This was our first time dealing with Burlington Kia & our experience was wonderful. We had been driving down Route 130 to check out a list of dealerships. Burlington Kia was not one of those on our lis our experience was wonderful. We had been driving down Route 130 to check out a list of dealerships. Burlington Kia was not one of those on our list, we saw it and made a last minute turn into the driveway. As we got out of our car we were greeted by Gary Abrams. He asked what exactly we were interested in purchasing and he came up with a couple suv's to show us. Gary took us out for a couple test drives until we found the perfect vehicle for us. The vehicle was priced a little higher then we wanted to pay, but Gary worked with us to make was we wanted happen for us. Oh and by the way this was one of those days that it poured for hours. Which means Gary walked around & drove vehicles with us in down pouring rain; we were all soaked by the time we were finished. I would definately recommend this dealership & Gary to anyone interested in a new/used vehicle. Gary worked hard to get us what we wanted while he got to know us personaly which you probably wouldn't get anywhere else. Our next vehicle will in no doubt be purchased from Burlington Kia. More
