I an a recent graduate looking to buy my first car. I walked into kia of burlington, hoping to buy a car, but wasnt sure if i would have been financed. i walked into the dealership and was greeted by Gary Abrams and he asked me what i would be interested in, wasnt sure if i would have been financed. i walked into the dealership and was greeted by Gary Abrams and he asked me what i would be interested in, and after he went to work. he had me worry free showed me exactly what i was looking for , he took my information down and we went on our test ride we came after he explai ne every inch of the car perfectly to my knowledge. After some time of trying to get me financed, he came back with a smile on his face and 3 sets of keys, and said you have 3 colors to choose from. i smiled from ear to ear. after paper work gary to me to my new car set of my blue tooth for me made sure it worked and explain how to use it. i was very very happy with my experience at burlington kia. the sales man took the perfect amount of time showing me the in's and outs of the vehicle, i was never pressured into anything this was my best dealer experience. i will definitely recommend this dealership to everyone and anypone who crosses my path who is looking for a new car. We paid a fair price for the car. Ed was very friendly, knowledgeable and gave us no pressure to buy. The rest of the dealership was just as friendly, from the service manager to the parts manager.
