We had visited many dealers Kia and otherwise prior to visiting Burlington Kia. The experience was much more laid back. Gary also seem genuinely interested helping us find a car that suited our needs not telling me the cars he had unlike some of the other dealers. He was honest and above board with us. I am not one to enjoy the car buying experience but would definitely go back to Burlington Kia. I left with a great deal on an awesome car with minimal stress. More

I am a college student that was in need of a new car that was reliable and good on gas. The car I owned before had many problems. I looked around searching for a car but nothing met my needs. When we arrived we were kindly greeted by Gary Abrams. We discussed a good car that would be perfect for me. Gary was extremely patient and went out of his way to make sure he found a car that exceeded my expectations. My budget was small and he was understanding. He asked if I would be interested in a 2006 Saturn Ion. I decided to take a look at it. Before I saw the car I didn't know what to expect but when I saw the car it amazed me. It was a little sporty and had great features. I test drove it and loved the feel of it. Even though it was a used car it looked brand new and was in excellent condition. After I test drove the Saturn I knew I wanted it as long as I could get it for a fair price. We came to an agreement on a price that I could afford and I bought it. My mom and I felt at home in Burlington KIA. Gary and everyone else were very friendly and funny. I got a great deal on this Car and it was a huge upgrade. The most important thing of all is that I feel safe in my car and I don't have to worry about it breaking down. I love my Saturn and I wouldn't have had it if it weren't for Gary. I would definitely recommend Burlington KIA anytime. More

Went into the dealership to look at the new Optima for my Wife. The dealership provided a no pressure test drive and provided all the current incentive information. I normally buy but the incentive to lease a new Optima, not a base model but a nice 2012 that had all the things + was very sharp and drove more impressively then my 2011 Camry. The team put all the options in front of me , payment , options etc... I'm very happy with our new Titanium 2012 Optima leased at Burlington Kia. Great group of people ! - They can find the right financing - have the right relationships and will do what it takes to make a customer happy! Great job John for showing me all the features and bells on the car. Drives like a more expensive car. Repeat customer at this dealership for a reason. ! They treat people like people! More

He knew I h Notice to Kia Corporate Headquarters: I had no reason to purchase a new vehicle but was impressed with the persistance of Mr. DiCiccio. He knew I had previously owned a Kia Sportage and was very impressed with my ownership of that vehicle (previously purchased through Burlington Kia.) I was courted by many Kia salesmen throughout the tri State area trying to lure me into their shops. Ernesto was the only representative who invited me to meet with him and had a very personal, sincere and admirable approach. Unlike the other salesmen who focused on why their dealership was the best place to make a purchase, Ernesto focused on me as a person, and my needs rather than bad-mouthing the other dealerships. I took him up on his offer without announcement and Ernesto immediately acknowledged me and established a relationship of trust. He took me out on a test drive where Mr. DiCiccio was able to explain all of the new features and upgrades as well as the best of any seasoned salesmen. I was currently driving a 2011 Hundai Sonota Limited so I was not the easiest sale. Ernesto knew I wanted all of the lugury items available and was impresed with the red vheicle that was displayed in the showroom. Unfortunately for the dealership it was the only Sportage of that color in their inventory. With that said my experience was very impressive, and I will say it was by Ernesto's handling of the negotiation, not the floor manager's. After the purchase, having had two opportunities to reurn to the showroom, Ernesto greeted me like I was the most important person in the world. That is the mark of an excellent salesman. The reason I have rated Burlington Kia high in every category is because of the service Mr. DiCiccio has provided to me, the customer. Burlington Kia should be very proud to have such a professional and energetic man working in their showroom. I would hope that your management can see the potential in Mr. DeCiccio, and that he be acknowledged for his fine work and efforts. Otherwise, it could result in Kia's loss. This recomendation comes from the Director of Quality and Performance Management for one of the largest and most respected Health Care Providers in Philadelphia.
