Prior to traveling to Burlington Kia I did my research on-line and Burlington Kia quoted me a price. I called and talked to Dennis the internet rep for Burlington Kia and he told me to print the on-line p on-line and Burlington Kia quoted me a price. So we traveled an hour and ten minutes to Burlington and was greeted by a salesman by the name of Gary Abrams, Gary was great! He showed us a car we liked that was very similar in price to the on-line quoted price. So we got out our on-line quoted price from Burlington and after an hour and a half of going back and forth with Elvin Colon and sales manager Dane Dipaolo my wife and I realized we were scammed just to get us in the door. The quoted on-line price was $1700.00 lower than the price they wanted to sell the car for. SO IF YOU GET A PRICE FROM BURLINGTON KIA ON-LINE DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO BURLINGTON KIA BECAUSE IT"S JUST TO GET YOU IN THE DOOR TO PLAY THE TYPICAL GAMES UNSCRUPULOUS CAR DEALERS(SALES MANAGEMENT)PLAY. Went to a different Kia dealership and they were not willing to work with me at all on the price. But as soon as I showed up to Burlington Kia Gary Abrams was instantly with me and trying to find out wh willing to work with me at all on the price. But as soon as I showed up to Burlington Kia Gary Abrams was instantly with me and trying to find out what I was looking for and what price range. I was able to get a car listed for $32 plus TT&L, for $30k flat. he was willing to work with me and he literally bent over backwards to get me in the car I wanted at the price I wanted. I would and will HIGHLY recommend Burlington Kia and Gary Abrams. He is an asset to Kia and I can only hope his personal compensation is comenserate to the effort in which he puts into his work. P.S. I LOVE MY CAR!!!! More
I was referred to this dealership by a family member and am berry glad I listened to them. The sales staff was very curtious from the sales person to the managers. They took the time to show me several vehicles before I made my decision and showed no frustrations. If your looking for a no pressure environment this is the place. I love my new Kia!!!!!! More
I bought a Kia Forte 5-door EX last week and couldn't be happier. I was able to test drive 3 cars without any pressure and ended up buying the third car I test drove. I appreicated the fact that Steve treated me with respect. Other dealers look at me and see a young woman and don't think I have any intelligence. Not here!! I was extremely comfortable. My parents bought a Kia Soul last May and couldn't say enough good things about this dealer. I'm glad this was my choice! We worked out a great deal for my trade in and I drove away in my new car without any regrets. More
We really enjoyed meeting John for our test drive and then returning to buy a car from him. He's low-key, friendly and very knowledgeable. I'm really shocked at all the positive reviews! In my experience, these people are extremely shifty and dishonest. When I went to buy a car I did a lot of research first on common tricks of sketchy deal experience, these people are extremely shifty and dishonest. When I went to buy a car I did a lot of research first on common tricks of sketchy dealers, and Burlington Kia used every nasty trick in the book. I caught them in tons of serious lies, and once I pointed this out, it was pretty clear from their guilty body language the lies were intentional, not a lack of knowledge. If I'd believed one of the lies it would have cost me an additional $750. They also added on a $1000 charge that they couldn't explain but refused to take off. Run, do not walk, away from these people. More

I had been at a different dealer earlier in the week and decided to cross the bridge to compare prices/inventory. Since we were trading our Borrego for something more economical this was perfect fit. Gary made the deal work better than the other dealer in PA, he was pleasant, patient and explained every detail, including talking to my wife on the phone to answer her questions. When we came back to drop our additional key he came right out introduced hmself to my family, even took my son to get popcorn. I would recommend Gary as the salesman to see and Burlinton Kia as the place to do business. More
Burlington Kia was able to make a deal with us when four other dealers couldn't. We drove 1.5 hours to Burlington, after seeing their markedly lower pricing than other dealers in our area, and going to deal other dealers couldn't. At Burlington Kia they did their best to honor our Truecar.com pricing. Be forewarned that Truecar pricing is close to what you'll pay but you literally need to check each item (from floor mats to cargo nets it all has a cost). Overall, we were very happy with our purchase and we'd go back again for our next car. For our trade in, a 2005 Audi A4 Cabriolet they were able to offer us a much better amount than other dealers we had visited. And on our new 2012 Sportage SX, where 4 other dealers couldn't come close, they really did get us a great price. John & Mike were amazing. They were very candid in their negotiations with us on our trade and the new 2012 Sportage. They really wanted to make the deal happen, they were reasonable in their pricing, and ultimately they got us into the car that we wanted. At the end of the process they were able to come reasonably close to the amount we wanted (within 1500 dollars) terms of price and our trade. More
