So, my name is Jeff and I recently bought a KIA Soul from Mr. Abrams. Let me first state that Burlington KIA and Gary were a true pleasure to work with. I know this because I went to several other KIA dealers prior to heading to the Burlington location... Big mistake! Being a professional, touring musician, I was specifically looking for a particular vehicle with certain options. I had several dealerships tell me that they couldn't get the make and model that I wanted. Others didn't even bother to call me back. I even went to KIA on the Boulevard in Philadelphia where I waited a half an hour for a representative. Note that I left before anyone assisted me. In a final attempt to locate the perfect KIA, I called Burlington KIA. From the second they answered the phone to the turn of the key, Mr. Abrams and the rest of the team were a pleasure to deal with. Negotiations were quick and painless, and entire transaction was the quickest I have ever experienced with the purchase of a new car. Burlington Kia is the best dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle from (2 within the last year). The number one reason is LaKeith and the rest of the staff. The one thing I can’t stand about most dealerships is pushy salesmen that pressure you into buying a car with pressure and sales tricks. At no time did I feel like LaKeith was pressuring me or tried to trick me. Plus, I only dealt with LaKeith, they didn’t gang up on me and try to force me into a buying a car. The second reason why LaKeith and Burlington Kia are the best are the great deals, from the trade in value of you old car to the price of the new car. You walk away feeling like you got a great deal and don’t feel like you got ripped off. I recommend everyone I know to go to Burlington Kia if they are looking to purchase a new car. Let me start off by saying I really hate shopping for a new car, so I did not go into this with a real good attitude. Then I walked in the door at Burlington Kia where I met Ed Miller who met me at the doo new car, so I did not go into this with a real good attitude. I thought "Here we go again another sneaky car salesmen", but Ed was a pleasent suprise. I never felt pressured or taken advantage of during the whole process. Ed was informative and I felt like I was dealing with someone who I could relate with. Ed wasnt all about the sale, I felt he took time to get to know me and what I was looking for before he even mentioned buying a car. You can bet if I ever need a new car or know someone who does, I will be sending them to see Ed at Burlington KIA. I couldnt be happier with the service I received and Ed even called a few days after the sale to see how I was enjoying the car. (Really shows he cares and I wasnt just another dollar sign) More
I drove from Jackson to Burlington for a 2012 White Kia Optima SX. I was upfront from the beginning about my credit (525ish). I told them I had a 2007 White Mercedes that I owed $19,000 on. I knew I was underwater with it, they offered me $12,000 (which was never confirmed), I was also putting down $3,000.00. They started with the games and tricks all dealerships use. Very disgusting. I said I would have my mother co-sign, they ran her credit after speaking with her on the phone. It was late by the time this was done but my Mom's credit came back with a 649. A score that is considered fair. My daughter and I left with Dane telling us they would contact us in the morning and would let us know where we were. I get a call the next morning from Ed saying I need to bring my mother in. I explained that my Mother is 80 yrs old and I am not going to bring her in to sit for 5 hours. I said when the got a deal together that we would agree on I would bring her in to sign the papers. Ed said he would call me back. When I hadn't heard from him for over 6 hours I called back and spoke with Mike. He said come on down we will see if we can get you approved. I explained I was just there for 4 hours the night before and he said well I'm not doing it this way. We want your Mom here. I again said when they came up with a deal and papers were ready to be signed I would bring my mother in. He said, and I quote.."you do it MY way or you get no car". I hung up the phone and haven't heard from them since. What they failed to do when doing a credit check on me was they really should of looked at the very successful boycott I did against a dress shop in my area that attracted worldwide attention and had me on good morning america and fox five news and news 12 new jersey. It only took googeling my name. I have now sent a letter off to the President of Kia, Mr Hunt and I am will be staging another boycott of this company. I am sure once Kia headquarters finds out what I am capable of creating, hey will not be happy with how this was handled. Especially when we had Dane screaming at my 17 year old daughter. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM THIS DEALER....BOYCOTT BURLINGTON KIA!!!! CHECK FACEBOOK FOR THE PAGE...IT WILL BE ADDED SHORTLY. More

I went with my daughter to start shopping for a car. From the time we were greeted by Elvin to working with Ed our experience was wonderful. Elvin and Ed were not only professional but very very compassionate to our situation and need for a car. They really worked with us in finding the right car for my daughter. I feel they went over and above to make sure our experience was a good one and especially making sure my daughter was able to get the right car. I would DEFINITELY recommend this dealership to everyone and anyone looking to purchase a car. Ed took his time and we never felt rushed at all. He made sure we felt comfortable and that we had all the time in the world. (We were there late on a Saturday afternoon). He was quite "charming". Overall it was a great experience. I looked long and far for the right deal on an economy car. I found what I was looking for at Burlington Kia. I am very happy with my Kia Forte.
