This was my first car buying experience. After to many dealerships in the south jersey region, I was fed up with the selection and gimmicks . My parents were impressed by his knowledge of the car. He explained every detail of the Kia forte to me before I even got the chance to ask! He was patient and helpful! He got seemed to get a little testy/annoyed when we tried to negotiate the price of the vehicle I was interested in purchasing (we were not asking for a price that was in any way unreasonable) but other than that he did a really great job during the whole process. Mike Barse came out at one point after negotiating prices for the vehicle and was very, very helpful and understanding when it came to what I wanted to pay for the vehicle and what they were able to do for me regarding the selling price of the vehicle. He was very efficient and made us feel very comfortable. We then worked with Elvin Colon when signing all the necessary paperwork in order to take my new car home. He was also very efficient and explained everything that we didn't understand very thoroughly without taking up a lot of our time. Overall, my experience at Burlington Kia was very good and I am in love with my new car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking into buying a cat. More

I first began this process with Ed, who was very helpful and easy to work with. He was in constant communication with me while I researched the Sorento. When I returned at a later date with my wife, Ed wa and easy to work with. He was in constant communication with me while I researched the Sorento. When I returned at a later date with my wife, Ed was unfortunately not in. Gary was happy to spend time answering our questions and eventually turned my wife's frown "upside down", which let me tell you was no easy task when it comes to buying a new car! Gary was patient, professional and even entertained my 7 and 9 year old kids throughout the process. He even made my tough-customer wife laugh! Elvin was also very nice to work with as we finalized all of the paperwork. Our Sorento is awesome! With all of the features and benefits, not to mention the price point, it practically sells itself, but it was Gary and the team that really made our experience such a pleasure. Everyone involved really went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. We all left smiling...even my wife! More

I have owned a Kia for the past 7 years and it has been by far the best car I owned,so I knew a Kia was going to be my next car. I searched many dealers around my home city of Philadelphia and went to many by far the best car I owned,so I knew a Kia was going to be my next car. I searched many dealers around my home city of Philadelphia and went to many locations and got a horrible reception and they didnt care about my needs they only cared about the sale. A nieghbor of mine in Philadelphia told me about Burlington Kia, I went, Gary greated us we told him what the needs of our new car were and right from his intial "lets see what we got" I knew I was in good hands.... I know we were taking up a lot of his time with our questions and endless test driving---but he answered everything for us, sometimes three and four times...but with all the time of his I knew we were taking because of our questions he never onced looked step away for other customers, we were his only concern. And that felt great! We will always be Kia owners and we will always go back to Burlington Kia because of Gary. Elton was also wonderful, as well as the service gentleman who sold me a blank key for my old Kia! Wonderful service!!!!! More
My husband and I have been researching the Kia Sorento for a few weeks, getting price quotes and checking model availability. We decided to visit the Burlington Kia because they met our price standards ( for a few weeks, getting price quotes and checking model availability. We decided to visit the Burlington Kia because they met our price standards (and I liked the "Thriftiest Kia man" ads). When we parked what would become our old car, Gary Abrams greeted us promptly and held the door open for our entrance. His friendly demeanor and knowledge of the product were a definite plus. He took me for a test drive in both the 2012 and the 2013 LX, demonstrated all the safety features (including a pictorial illustration of a Kia safety features after a collision!) and the multitude of accessory features. He allowed me to focus on the vehicle and did not throw a hard sales pitch while I was driving (another plus). I must say that Gary is an excellent salesperson! Even through some strenuous negotiating he was upbeat and did not try to intimidate or “guilt” us into a sale. He went the extra mile to locate the make and model we wanted in a particular color and deliverable by the next day, which was not an easy task! His negotiated price was very fair and he made sure we understood all of the laws and restrictions associated with the new purchase. I would highly recommend Gary Abrams to any friends looking to purchase a new vehicle! And Gary, Thanks for the Cobalt Blue; Sammi and Mikey L-O-V-E it!! More
