I can't say enough about my wonderful experience with Gary Abrams at Burlington Kia. Gary was kind, friendly and worked so very hard to get me the best deal possible. I was looking for a new vehicle for a few weeks..a few weeks that was sucked out of my life and cant get back....and was getting tired of looking around until we decided to go to Burlington Kia. And OMG I weeks that was sucked out of my life and cant get back....and was getting tired of looking around until we decided to go to Burlington Kia. And OMG I am SOOO happy that we did! Not only do I LOVE my new KIA because it's such a sporty ride that fits my style AND I got a great deal as well. My Sales Rep., LaKeith was great!!! He knew all the aspects of the Kia and was very detailed in describing its components. Its not easy dealing with customers and doing the whole negotiating thing and dealing with customers who are on a budget, kicks things up a notch or two. But Lakeith kept his composure and was willing to negotiate in order to seal the deal;. It was also of great pleasure to deal with DANE and ELVIN in the office. They were friendly as well and made us feel right at home. We laughed a bit here and there, everyone was so cooperative, friendly and down to earth. At the end of the night, LaKeith helped me purchase the SUV that I wanted; while still staying on my budget! Were so glad we stopped at Burlington Kia THANK YOU!!!! More
As soon as i pulled into the parking lot Gary was there to great us and help us with immediate service. He was very nice, caring, and very friendly. My wife and I were interested in the Kia Sorrento SX. I went to see one at Turnersville Kia that was priced right but I did not care for my salesman. I then saw identical comeparable vehicle at Burlington went to see one at Turnersville Kia that was priced right but I did not care for my salesman. I then saw identical comeparable vehicle at Burlington Kia but price was higher. Once price of vehicle was reduced, my wife and I decided to test drive. Initial money offered for my trade in was way off and I told Steve this deal probably will not happen today and we would be back on a later date after I sold my trade myself. Well Burlington Kia did agreat job working on the numbers for my trade in and loan department did a great job with intest rate keeping monthly payment in our range. Steve was friendly and made the experience easy. I had one issue that customer service handled with flying colors. It is nice to know I can go local and get good service. Thanks Burlington Kia More

My husband bought a car from Ed last year. We went in to pick up his car from service and were looking at the new Optima's. I came to Burlington Kia with a shot in the dark I would be able to get the car I wanted, mainly because it is rare (corsa blue optima turbo) low and behold they had not one but two of the car I wanted. My next biggest issue was that I currently had Optima for only a few months and wanted to get out of it for the one with the "bells and whistles"; but I really did not want to budge in my payment. John my sales guy was so pleasant, he gave me such an at home feeling which is something you really do not get at a car dealership, than I met Mike who was also very up front with me and also giving us that warm welcoming. After much work in the early morning Mike had not be able to get the deal approved but had a few more banks out there to check with. I had to leave because my mom needed to get to work, and I needed my fiancé. I of course was so upset because I was leaving this so hard to find car that I wanted so much. I really felt that Mike saw and felt the disappointment I had when leaving and without me knowing went back to work to get the deal bought for me and my fiancé. A few hours later after I left to go find some paper work for Mike and allow my mom to go to work, I get a call from John. After much hard work Mike got the deal done at were my fiancé & I wanted to be in a payment and I was told to bring him back to sign paperwork. Even with that they over extended there self’s in staying until near 10:30 at night because my fiancé had to drive to Burlington from Lakehurst. Even Elvin the finance manager was very nice to work with, he talked general things while signing the paper work and not once while signing papers did the numbers change. All and all I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to buy a Kia; they treat the customer’s right and do all they can to get you what you want. You do not find that often in the car world (I know because I came from a pretty bad experience at another local dealer) THANK YOU JOHN, MIKE & ELVIN FOR GETTING US INTO THE CAR WE WANTED YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME! We will see you when our sportage lease is up in a year! More
We just bought our third new KIA from this dealership - Gary is our salesman. Gary and the team at Burlington KIA are exceptional personable professionals. They are honest and have the customers best interest and needs in mind when helping you purchase your new automobile. We made a decision to buy a car at another dealership once - it was a hudge regretable mistake. I'm not sure I can mention the other dealership but I will Cherry Hill KIA only because I don't want others to make the same mistake. Burlington KIA is the only place to go to buy a car. Gary is a great salesman as I'm sure all the others salespersons are equally qualified and kind - because that is just the way they present themselves, as a team that works together to do the most important thing - satisfy their customers. From the very moment we walked in the door Gary Abrams greeted us and Ernesto assisted us as well and durring the entire finance process Dane worked his magic with the banks. I was very impressed with my salesman, Ed Miller. He was the most knowledgable salesperson I've ever met- He knew the 3 cars that I wanted to see, inside and out and was able to explain in detail how all th the most knowledgable salesperson I've ever met- He knew the 3 cars that I wanted to see, inside and out and was able to explain in detail how all the accessories worked. I also liked that he was not overly agressive and respected that I wanted to think about which one I wanted, not to mention, he had a great, down-to-earth personality. I will certainly give him an opportunity to make a deal and hopefully will have the opportunity to rate him on price! I really like the Sportage and Optima so much that I don't know which one to buy.
