I explained that I was on a budget and Gary stayed within that budget and he also took into consideration the needs of my family and made sure he showed me a car that would not only stay within my tight budget but also fit the needs of my family. I never felt pressured or rushed at all. Gary took me on a test drive and I never felt rushed he let me take as long as I needed to really get the feel of the car! We came to this Kia dealership (Burlington) after a horrible visit to another Kia dealership (Sussman Kia). They were friendly and professional, especially Gary Abrams. He walked us though everything, step by step, and when the make and model we were there shopping for was not available due to the Memorial Days sales he bent over backwards to finds us an even better deal on a different model. We walked out of there with a great deal on a Forte at the same price as the Rio. It was amazing. The whole staff there was very friendly and stayed well after close to ensure that everything was done properly. We will be driving to this dealership to get our car serviced even though it is farther then other Kia dealers around us, just because of the amazing customer service that Gary and his staff provided for us.
