From the first phone call they were polite, compassionate and professional. They quoted me the worst case scenario cost based on what I was describing and what our code scanner and mechanic said, but it ende and professional. They were then very thorough in the explanation of what was done to my car and why. They even offered to get me an Uber so I could pickup my car since they got it done a day earlier than anticipated! Dan was awesome and I was already happy with my kia forte (had 2 years, bought used) but now I'm even more happy to know kia will do what they can to help with their products.. By far the best experience I've had with a dealership or any mechanic for that matter. More

Service is great and I don’t even mind the sales efforts at every visit. I would appreciate if dealership did oil change reset so I don’t have to and an attempt at putting seats back in place.
