I appreciate how friendly and efficient this service center is whenever I have to stop in. I also appreciate that I'm allowed to attend to my own business when I wait for services to be completed. I don't think it's right to know you have a fuel pump problem between 2016 and 2019 model and you don't do a recall but you put a 5-year warranty on it and then you have mileage to it that is wrong it co problem between 2016 and 2019 model and you don't do a recall but you put a 5-year warranty on it and then you have mileage to it that is wrong it cost me $1,100 and I will never buy another Kia ever since I bought since 2000 never had I had a fuel pump to fail even at $245,000 Mi on my 2008 Kia Optima this is wrong to your customer this is the worst car that I have ever bought from Kia the craftsmanship has gone downhill look at all the service that's been done had to put new tires on at 15,000 miles had to buy a spare tire and hardwire had to get headlights both replaced now I got to split over the passenger side airbag and you think I really want to buy another Kia Optima no way not as much problems I had with this one have a good day More
