My wife spoke to Chris on the phone Monday afternoon August 21st and came to terms on a price on a certain car and said we would be there in the morning. After seeing both, my wife preferred the BMW so we went back to buy it only to be told by Josh that because it was not in writing, and couldn't be verified, they would not honor the price given the day prior and it was now $500 more. Typical bait and switch tactic and one of the reasons used car salesmen have the reputation they do. This dishonest practice was rewarded with the competition selling us a car as we won't do business with people who boldly lie to our face. More
