The only thing I didn’t like was when I pulled in. I’ve never had service there before and the person leading me in was bossy. No Good morning? How are you ? How’s your morning? Nothing. Just stop, put window down, keep key in car and get out. I stood there outside of the car because I had no idea what to do. A few seconds went by and he said you need to go inside. I thought to myself I’ve never been here before , I’m not sure what to do. Everything else was great. Maybe greet customers and ask if the first time there and not be so bossy. Thanks! More
I sat in the lounge looking at my car in the garage area for over 40 minutes (timed) and nobody came to tell me it was finished. Techs had to move it twice to process other cars. I finally got up and went for over 40 minutes (timed) and nobody came to tell me it was finished. Techs had to move it twice to process other cars. I finally got up and went to the desk area to get someone to process my paperwork so I can leave. What was supposed to be a 1-1/2 hour service became a 2-1/2 hour wait with nothing being done for much of that time. That is not good customer service. I believe this may have been an anomaly, but it still was not a good experience. More
