This is the first negative review I've ever written. I guess we all knew cars salespeople can be rude, but I was surprised. Trying to buy a 2011 Lexus that had been in a serious accident in the past. Tried to test drive it and forgot to bring my insurance, I didn't think it was a problem since my dad had brought our insurance the day before, so my fault. However, I kept being pushed to put a deposit down without having test driven it. Are you serious? No. Then I find out the car has been on sale since May and the original asking price was thousands less than what they were asking for... tried to ask for the original price and they pretty much told us to go away. Why would the price go up, and the windshield was completely smashed by the way. Very disgusting conduct More

I have reached out to the dealership 6 times in the last 2 months. Between phone calls with the sales team and inquiries online, I do not get any response or call back. I never thought I would have to 2 months. Between phone calls with the sales team and inquiries online, I do not get any response or call back. I never thought I would have to beg someone to take my money ($30,000+) like this. I am very displeased with the way I have been handled as a paying customer, especially since I have shown numerous times how seriously interested I am in the vehicles Buck has available. Out of the 6 times, I have spoke with sales representatives 3 times and been told I would be called back. I have yet to receive a call back. God awful terrible service here. Do not recommend. More
